Connects with my iphone crazy fast. Superior sound quality and the noise cancellation is a great feature. Works a very long distance away from the phone as well. Answering the phone on these is really easy and the sound quality is good both ways. My only feedback would be that it needs some kind of fine tuning with the high/mid/lows. It would be nice even to adjust the bass or treble. But really good headphones.

Compared to existing and less expensive BT headphones: Pro: Ear cups are removable for cleaning. Device is tied to your Apple ID account. Con: Video streams randomly stop even when Automatic Head Detection is off and Spatial Audio isn’t setup. (It’s the AirPods because pressing the Digital Crown restarts the stream. AirPod Pros do the same but there’s no DC and the stream has to be restart from the display.) Squelching or sound from one ear cup, and difficulty reconnecting or syncing. There is a Connect To This Device feature that I’ve had to turn off due to owning multiple Apple devices with BT always on. I will go with a less “smart” headphone on my next purchase. I wish manufactures did more real world testing.

As an Apple Fanboy, I really wanted these to be the ultimate headphones, but they fall a little short. First, inexplicably, Apple gives you no control over EQ customization on iPhone. By comparison, Sony's app allows you to costuming numerous aspects of the sound to your liking. Second, the noise cancellation is good, but there are some annoying artifacts. These headphones give me the feeling that my ears are plugged, meaning I can hear a lot of my internal body noises. Again,Bose's and Sony's high-end headphones do not do this but still provide excellent noise cancellation. Third, because of the materials used, they are a little heavy. If you wear them while lying down, you will feel them pull backward toward the back of your head. Sony's and Bose's headphones also do not have this issue. In sum, the sound signature is very similar to AirPod Pro headphones, which are also much more comfortable, convenient, and affordable. So just go with that or Sony or Bose headphones, while Apple fixes the problems with these.

Amazing headphones! Use it for mainly the gym. Noise cancellation is awesome! The volume and bass is not as loud as my beats, but that’s beats. Overall, I love my headphones. I wish it was lavender color, but green is a beautiful color

I recently purchased the AirPods Max in space gray and I am absolutely blown away by the quality of these headphones. The space gray color looks sleek and modern, and the overall design of the headphones is simply stunning. One of the standout features of the AirPods Max is their sound quality. I really like that I can tune everything out or listen to what’s going on as I have kids so the dial capability is functional for me. The sound quality is also great!

I waited years to buy them, i had really high expectations! My biggest concerns are when yoire on Facetime, it sounds like you’re far away on the other end. Also, they don’t get as loud as airpods.

I am very pleased with this purchase. Hesitant at first for this expensive purchase but when I finally decided on purchasing it, I was very happy with it. It was all I ever wanted from a headset. The features are second to none. I am thinking of purchasing one for my daughter because it will be very unlikely that she will misplacethis one.
