Bad product and extremely expensive

It was still under the year warranty. We sent it in to be repaired or replaced. Apple sent it back saying that they didn’t find anything wrong with it which I find hard to believe because we exhausted all trouble shooting steps. When they sent it back it was surprisingly working just fine. After 3 months it stopped working again with the same issue. By this time the warranty needed and we were told it would cost the same amount as new headphones to get them repaired. These headphones are not worth the price

I do wish they had the blue/green more often in display but I got the green and don't regret it at all. I convinced my sister to get a matching one and love wearing it to study at cafes/library.

Bulky & Uncomfortable

The top of my head gets sore after wearing them for longer than 30 minutes. It's not worth it for how expensive they are.
