Made the purchase straight off the app and went to go pick it up and had no issues. The product itself is just a little to pricey but the headphones are great.

Amazing headphones with average sound quality

Everything else is good expect sound quality which is lacking for this kind of price point. This sound average headphones nothing spectacular about it. ANC is great and easy to use features are great too but nothing compared to Bang & Olufsen sound. Don’t get me started about bra case it comes with as it one of the worst way to protect expensive headphones.

This creates a pain when traveling and was advised only Apple’s adapter will operate. Bought a few brands from various stores.

Good sound but poor repair ability
