I have been waiting years for the price to come down on these but a recent album release by my favorite band demanded that I invested in better headphones. I wanted to give the music justice. I have beats from before but have barely touched them after buying the AirPods max. The noise cancellation is great, the seamless way the headphones connect between apple devices more than outweigh the extra cost. I would get so agitated at using my beats on my iPad and iPhone. The hassle having to switch manually between devices to get the Bluetooth up and running was a small annoyance until I bought the max. I see now what I was missing. My only gripe is the pads, they get dirty pretty quickly and I haven’t figured out a way to clean them that works without damaging them. A black pair would have been a smarter choice because I live in these headphones now. I recommend 100 percent.

In summary, AirPods Pro Max combine excellent sound, superior noise cancellation and seamless integration with the Apple ecosystem. They are a highly recommended option for anyone looking for premium headphones for their iPhone.

I picked up the AirPods Max because I wanted a high-quality pair of headphones for longer commutes on the ferry and when traveling. They definitely deliver; the sound is rich and detailed, the build feels premium, and the noise-cancellation and comfort make them great for long listening sessions. But I also understand why some people hesitate because of the price tag. The clarity and balance definitely stand out compared to the Airpod ear bud options. The bass has weight without overwhelming the mids and highs, and vocals remain crisp even at lower volumes. I listen to all kinds of music and the AirPods Max reveal subtle layers and nuances that many headphones in lower price ranges miss. For movies and gaming, the soundstage feels wide, which makes surround-sound effects more immersive. Comfort and build quality add to the experience. The headband distributes weight evenly, and the ear cushions are soft enough that I can wear them for hours without fatigue or pressure. The all-metal frame gives them a sturdy, premium feel, and they have survived daily use (and a few accidental drops) without a scratch. Controls are simple and intuitive, and switching between Apple devices is seamless. Active noise cancellation works very well. It blocks out background noise on commutes and on planes extremely well. Transparency mode is handy too when I need to hear my surroundings without removing the headphones. For travel and everyday use, that flexibility is a big plus. That said, the cost is hard to ignore. At this price point, you pay for premium design, brand, and convenience (like seamless Apple-ecosystem integration) which are only meaningful if you already use Apple devices. For someone who uses headphones casually or isn’t invested in the Apple ecosystem, there are other headphones out there with very good sound and ANC for much less money. In short: the AirPods Max deliver premium sound, comfort, and build quality. They’re among the best headphones I’ve owned. If you care about audio quality and you want a polished, reliable listening experience. But you should decide whether those advantages justify the steep price.

I bought these for my girlfriend for her birthday. Because of the price, they're the kind of thing that most people wouldn't buy for themselves as there are other options for solid noise cancelling headphones at a fraction of this price. Well, as it turns out- she absolutely loves these and as far as I'm concerned they were the perfect gift because of the 'wouldn't buy it for myself' factor'. She has been enjoying the spatial audio and these have really helped her to focus on her work when she puts these on to aid her concentration. Now I'm kinda jealous and wish I had a pair myself. 10/10, would buy again.

These AirPods Max have been absolutely worth the investment. As someone deep in the Apple ecosystem, the seamless integration across my devices is unmatched. They automatically switch between my Mac and iPhone - if I'm listening to music on my computer and a call comes in, they instantly switch to my phone, then back to my Mac when I'm done. It just works, no fumbling with Bluetooth settings. The sound quality is phenomenal. Whether I'm listening to Apple Music or Spotify, the Dolby Atmos spatial audio is incredible - it's like being in a completely immersive sound environment. Music has depth and clarity that I've never experienced with other headphones. Comfort is another huge win. Excellent sound quality and comfortable to wear. The noise reduction is absolutely incredible! Wore them on a 13+ hour flight. Could not hear a single thing other than what was playing from the headphones. Comfortable enough to sleep in too. Very happy with my purchase! Love the purple color too!

Well worth the price tag. These headphones have the best noise canceling I have ever experienced. I can’t hear a thing with noise canceling turned on. They are amazing. However if you want to be able to hear what’s going on around the transparency mode if fantastic. The actual audio quality is amazing as well low lows and high highs. Fantastic bass and overall amazing sound.

These headphones are great! I love the noise cancellation. I got the purple color and it’s cool and different. My only complaint would be that they are uncomfortable when I wear them with my plastic framed glasses.

if you really like music then i think you should get the AirPods Max (USB-C) in Midnight are an impressive pair of premium headphones that truly stand out in both sound quality and design. The audio is rich and well balanced, with clear vocals, deep bass, and an immersive experience especially when using Spatial Audio. Noise cancellation works extremely well, making them perfect for studying, traveling, or just enjoying music without distractions. The Midnight color looks sleek and modern, and the build quality feels very solid and high end

I’ve been using the AirPods Max for everyday listening, calls, and travel, and they’re easily one of the best-sounding and best-noise-canceling headphones I’ve owned. The noise canceling is excellent, and Transparency mode feels incredibly natural like you’re not even wearing headphones. Downsides: they’re heavy for long sessions, the case design is awkward, and the price is definitely premium. I originally got the midnight pair for my younger brother and we had some issues with the way he sounded on the phone so we replaced them with a blue set and oh my goodness. It was good as new, no issues and he absolutely loves them. He even convinced me to get my own pair and I have had zero issues with my own as well. He wears these headphones more then he uses his actual phone and that tells me all I need to know about how easy and how much he actual likes them.

Excellent! I got it for my mom as a birthday present and she absolutely loves it. It works really well with other Apple products. (Apple TV, iPad etc). Not sure about products outside of Apple. It is still heavy >.< just like the original AirPod max, and it’s definitely too large for my head. I wouldn’t use it for the gym, but I would enjoy it at home to enjoy excellent sound without disturbing anyone else. But I know the mesh at the top bothers some people, such as if one is bald/shaved head and the mesh has not been preferred at least when I have spoken to my male friends. So far everyone I have spoken to has mentioned how heavy it is.

Very comfortable and the noise cancelation is great! Use this for work and flights. The cushions are different and I love them. Can replace them with other colors. Definitely recommend

Love these headphones. They are really great for noise cancellation, and have a great sound. The only drawback I have is they are heavier than what I am used to.
