Pick-up was quick and easy. Very satisfied with this item! Changed from the Sony XM4, and it is noticeably heavier; it takes a while to get adjusted to the weight or pressure. That being said, the sound quality is great, particularly with the noise cancellation feature. You can also use the charger on a MacBook to both charge and listen at the same time.

The AirPod Max's are absolutely incredible. The sound quality is rich, detailed, and immersive—easily the best I’ve ever experienced in headphones. The noise cancellation is next level, blocking out distractions while still offering a super clear transparency mode when I need it. They’re also extremely comfortable to wear for long periods thanks to the soft ear cushions and breathable mesh headband. The build quality feels premium and durable, and pairing with Apple devices is seamless. Everything about these feels well thought out, from the intuitive controls to the long battery life. Yes, they’re pricey, but the experience makes them worth every penny.

Omg, I love love love these. I have regular air pods too! But these are a game changer for air travel! I fly often, but not well, if you know what I mean! Screaming and unruly babies/kids are stressful for me! These headphones are an absolute necessity now!

This Is an Excellent pair of Headphones. They are well Balanced, Not to loud in the highs or Lows , Very accurate sound Quality. The build Quality is better than any headphones in this price range, you don’t have to worry about the headphones snapping or breaking, but maybe the mesh the sits on the head which i have not had a issue with. If you can comfortably afford these, then go for it, they are well worth it. The case it comes with is something i think will grow on most owners. And it being apples main pair of headphones, becomes anyone with a apple device there best choice for a premium headphone/earphone for there ecosystem.

Incredible headphones. If you are in the Apple ecosystem this is a must-buy if you are looking for over the ear and noise cancelling headphones. The sound quality if VERY good, especially if you turn on spatial sound.

The color and sound quality are absolutely incredible. True to Apple form they are perfect. Had one issue pairing them the second day, but they had picked up a different device.

First the positives…they sound great. Feels very premium and more premium than the competition. Works flawlessly in the Apple ecosystem. The bad…they’re kinda heavy and will slide down your head if you look down. The supplied case is literally fabric and magnets that wouldn’t save the AirPods from being damaged (I bought a hard case from Amazon. Lastly, the price…$550 normally for these are WAY overpriced. I paid $399 her at Best Buy when they were on sale and had I paid more…it wouldn’t be a good deal.

These are overall fantastic headphones. The sounds quality and comfort are absolutely amazing. My only qualm is sometimes the microphone doesn’t pick up the greatest if I’m on a phone call with someone. But other than that these are great.

This was a very good purchase. I really enjoy the more neutral sound profile of the AirPods Max vs the WH-1000XM5 that I normally use. Even though they weigh more (383g vs 250g), the headband distributes the weight very well and as a result, it isn't fatiguing. The ear pads are so comfortable and the depth of the ear cup feels great. It has a very neutral, slightly warm character but much better bass and sub-bass response, so it is just great right out of the box. The clarity was shocking to me at first, too. The recent firmware update enabling USB-Audio over USB-C works beautifully well. It also works flawlessly over USB-C with my Windows 11 desktop, too. It is great to use for lossless audio and also have it remain charged up, too. I don't really use this in areas needing great noise canceling, but it is obvious that the ANC is quite good.

Love these headphones. Comfortable and sounds is great!

When I say these headphones are amazing I mean it. I upgraded from the Bose qc35 that couldn’t handle bass good but this headset has blown me away with great sound easy on/off controls. The automatic on function u only get with apple AirPods is great and the simple removal of the magnetic ear cushions make this a great buy. Plus it’s the latest version with the usb-c charging port.

Apple did the biggest one with these. The noise cancellation is amazing I love using them at the airport and the gym. I would recommend getting a silicone case for them because they do stain other than that no complaints these are truly amazing.

I love them! I use them for the gym, however, you have to keep them in the case for it not to lose battery when youre not using them. Theyre very comfy! I do wish the price was a tad bit less, as my sonys xm5 sound a lot better (& are cheaper)

I bought these for my teen who is in his last year of school. He's harder to buy for than he used to be, if I want it to be a surprise, but these were a success. He was happy to have them, loves the fit and says the noise cancelling factor is so much better than his previous brand.
