will not pair after trying to do factory resets
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.second pair purchased due to first refurb pair purchased in (ʻ23)does not factory reset. never used "hard". 90% of the time used while in bed. the rest of the time used while working at computer. Slowly they would start dropping bluetooth connection. initially "forget this device" would fix the issue. then i started to have to reset. then finally needed to do factory reset to get them to pair. they would flash the led at the reset, but no solid white led after the second 15 second mark. they now are just sitting amongst all the other unused electronic pieces......
