The noise cancelling is a game changer for working from home! I bought these Dec 3 and less than 2 months later the noise cancelling/transparency just stopped working. Sound still played but my very pretty, pricey headphones didn’t serve the purpose. Buyer beware because Apple is not Apple anymore. They’re terrible at customer service and product development. I’m deep in the Apple ecosystem and have been for 20 years but yet again I’m questioning why. Pretty headphones that don’t function and don’t get fixed rapidly even with Apple care + aren’t worth it. I’ve put some Sony and beats headphones through the wringer. These things were babied for the ~6 weeks I had them.
