I have been waiting years for the price to come down on these but a recent album release by my favorite band demanded that I invested in better headphones. I wanted to give the music justice. I have beats from before but have barely touched them after buying the AirPods max. The noise cancellation is great, the seamless way the headphones connect between apple devices more than outweigh the extra cost. I would get so agitated at using my beats on my iPad and iPhone. The hassle having to switch manually between devices to get the Bluetooth up and running was a small annoyance until I bought the max. I see now what I was missing. My only gripe is the pads, they get dirty pretty quickly and I haven’t figured out a way to clean them that works without damaging them. A black pair would have been a smarter choice because I live in these headphones now. I recommend 100 percent.

I was hesitant to spend this much on headphones, but the AirPods Max in Purple have completely won me over. The build quality is unlike anything I've used before — the aluminum ear cups feel solid yet surprisingly comfortable over long listening sessions, and the headband sits perfectly without any pressure points. Sound quality is exceptional. 2 main issues: - Not good for any sort of call. Phone call, zoom, google meeting. Meant for music listening exclusively. - The size, they're not the most travel-friendly headphones. But honestly, for home and office use, they're hard to beat. The USB-C upgrade is a welcome change and charges quickly. Battery life has been solid, I get through full workdays without needing to recharge.

These are the best over ear headphones on the market. They’re comfortable and the sound quality is superb. Despite the price, they are well worth it.

Had the lightning version, gave them away. I missed them so much I purchased the USB C version and I forgot how much of an impact they can make in the Apple ecosystem! Using them with Apple TV and my other Apple products is so simple, that’s the magic of this headset. It sounds great, noise canceling is excellent, comfort is wonderful. They are expensive, but you’re getting a well designed, quality product. I know for a fact I’d buy them twice!

although this iteration of the airpods max is barely different from the original one released four years ago — the only things that have changed are the transition to USB-C and new color options — this is still the best premium over-ear headphones for the apple ecosystem. the airpods max continue to offer seamless pairing, fluid device switching, quality sound, excellent noise cancellation and transparency mode, as well as unique aesthetics. worth purchasing if you can stomach the unchanged $550 MSRP.

I bought the AirPods Max because I wanted high-quality headphones, and after using them regularly, I’m very satisfied with the experience. I bought purple color headphone. It is very comfortable because the memory foam ear cushions fit perfectly around my ears and the sound quality is exceptional rich and clear. The best part is the great noise cancellation.

Awesome headphones with amazing sound just a bit heavy

I absolutely love these. I know a lot of people think this is overhyped just because it's Apple but it's great. The noise cancellation is amazing, the battery life is amazing, and the sound quality is amazing. I love that they have removable ear cushions. My biggest problem with other headphones is that you can't remove the ear cushions, but these can be easily removed and cleaned. I used to have the Sony X4's but I much prefer these (even though they are more expensive). These have very tactile buttons rather than the weird touch control thing of the Sony headphones. They are ridiculously comfortable because they sit over the entire ear. With other headphones, I hated that after two or so hours, they got really uncomfortable because they lay flat on the ear rather than over the entire ear. These are slightly less comfortable with glasses on but not that much. The only negative thing I would say about these is that the volume isn't super loud. It's perfect in normal-volume places but you might still hear sounds bleed through if you're in a really loud environment.

Comfortable headphones with a balanced sound, and easy to use volume control. I wish the headphones had an on/off button, and that they were louder, but other than that a worthwhile purchase for those who appreciate good sounding audio.

Product works great! Great battery life and sound is good to only thing to remember if you use these for phone calls make sure the mic is towards the front otherwise who ever you are talking to will think your underwater!

This was a Christmas gift for my husband and he loves it! He raved about the noise cancellation. Also, compared to Beats, he felt the AirPods Max headphones fit much more comfortable over the ears. Definitely a 10/10.
