Great product for a great price. Primarily use it for running or in the gym which I am impressed it doesn’t fall or slide off my head!

I bought these for my wife for our Anniversary. She loves them, only problem I have is that the microphone is very sensitive and picks up sounds from other rooms, like my kids playing in the living room. This would be a problem if she used these for work calls, where they can hear our kids fighting in the background. She's been using them more to listen to audiobooks and music while working at home, gardening, or exercising, and they have been great for daily use. We are big Apple users and so far she loves these headphones after trying so many out in store. She said the noise cancellation works great when she wants to avoid me playing guitar at loud volumes.

They are incredible headphones. I love the color and the sound is excellent. Noise cancellation in super noisy environments is not so good but in a normal environment it works well.

Love the new colors, although I miss the silver. I switched to the starlight color. The adding of lossless via USB-C is exceptional. I am not an audiophile. I am an average user. The sound is fine for me with heavy base and its noise cancelling features. Wish it had a different storage case, however you can find some good ones on Amazon. I wish Apple did more to updating the device after 4 years, but the USB-C is a good add. My old AirPods Max needed an update anyway. Best Buy has some awesome trade-in deals. Check them out.

Bought as a gift for my mom who is in her 50s. She says the weight took some getting used to but that the sound quality is great and they were easy to pair with all of her other Apple devices.

It tooknsome time foenit tonpair priperly but now is working great. I like that the ear cover pads are removable and replaceable.

I had the original airpods and was looking for an over-the-ear option to minimize my ear aches. The Airpods Max was a good investment for me. The only complain I have is if you're using multiple apple products at once (Ipad & Mac) has trouble staying connected to one or the other. I often watch Netflix while photo/video editing and it will disconnect and reconnect to my desktop.
