I have a larger head but also super awkward ear canals so my buds aren’t good for longevity. I upgraded to these and it’s been great. I’d like to give 4.5 because the microphone is not the best for clarity on recordings but it is fine for regular chatting and such.

Would definitely recommend just not for working out unless you get the rubber covers as the AirPods tend to slide off my head when working out.

If you are in the Apple ecosystem this is a must-buy if you are looking for over the ear and noise cancelling headphones. The sound quality if VERY good, especially if you turn on spatial sound.
