I absolutely love these headphones. They aren’t too bulky and allow me to listen to my podcasts and music without any outside interruptions while i’m cooking or cleaning. I highly recommend them!!!

Spatial sound is awesome. Just your typical apple magic. If you have an iPhone and the funds do not buy anything else. Microphone works perfect and you do not need any special app to get awesome quality. Just turn on and boom you’re good to go

There are some things I don't like about the headset. 1) The ear cushions are sometimes uncomfortable. I was hoping it was a wear-in/break-in thing, but I now believe it's a permanent thing. 2) Updating firmware on this is not easy, but the update that was released shortly after I bought them was a general problem for everyone. 3) I was expecting better ANC but now realize that is an unfair expectation, as I'm comparing the Max headset with my in-ear AirPods Pro. They work well enough in an office environment, though. 4) There should be more color options (and less blingy or feminine colors). Even primary colors would better suffice than the current selection. 5) I'm not sure these offer a true $500+ headset experience...they seem to be overpriced. They don't feel as polished as I expected for $500+. 6) Battery life is not the greatest but disabling Find My (don't do this unless you're only using in an office or at home) helps a lot in lessening power consumption. This headset is definitely better than my Beats Studio Pros!
