Just doesn't match the price

For the price, it's simply unacceptable. I returned them. While the Airpod Maxes aren't worth the money, the Airpod Pros are worth every penny and more.

I assumed they were black based on the picture, but when I received them they were navy blue, which is still nice, just not what I was going for. I purchased some covers from amazon and it is working for me.

Great sound quality but uncomfortable

However, I decided to return them because they are so heavy that after a few hours it becomes incredibly uncomfortable to wear them.
