I was so excited for these. I had Sony xm5s for a couple years. The noise cancelling is a game changer for working from home! I bought these Dec 3 and less than 2 months later the noise cancelling/transparency just stopped working. Sound still played but my very pretty, pricey headphones didn’t serve the purpose. Buyer beware because Apple is not Apple anymore. They’re terrible at customer service and product development. I’m deep in the Apple ecosystem and have been for 20 years but yet again I’m questioning why. Pretty headphones that don’t function and don’t get fixed rapidly even with Apple care + aren’t worth it. I’ve put some Sony and beats headphones through the wringer. These things were babied for the ~6 weeks I had them.

Its a good headphone but now worth 500$, I think skull candy headphones are better.

Ok product if you're an Apple fan. Pricey! There are options with similar features/lower price.

I really liked the quality however reliability is a concern - the headset stopped pairing with my within a week. Even reseting it does nothing. Apple would be well to incorporating an off button into it

Great headphones! Just Make sure to check that the previous owner took off l”find my iPhone” before you buy them. If not they will be tracking you.

It doesn’t fit (too lose) for my head for the price I paid. It’s beautiful but not worth it.

Sounds good but there should be a way to thrn it off when it is not in use.

Amazing but it has software issue. It take me 10-15 minutes to connect them to the iphone 14. It says connected on blue tooth but the phone will not switch over to head phones. Restart the the phone, on and off blue tooth, i tried it all. Software in the headset is messed up.

I’m enjoying the product right now. it is easy to use.

Great headphones for my teenager to use for everything

The headphones are just ok. I think I was expecting more for the price. The battery life sucks and the connectivity is too sensitive to all my Apple devices especially if they are close range. i wish I purchased the Beats Studio instead.

It was an ok buy I haven’t used it very much since this is a gift, but I’d say it was a good deal

I asked for blue they gave me balco but other than that they are amazing airpods.

Buttons are delayed when i pressed the button it was delayed by like 3 seconds and the buttons are very confusing.
