I loved the color, they are super comfortable and the sound really is incredible,

As the title states, it's the same headphones, same price, different charge port and different colors. They could have at least added the same features and chip set of the AirPods Pro 2. Come on Apple! I actually ordered the black one first but when sitting side by side with the grey ones you can't really tell the difference so I decided to go with an updated color. One thing to be on the look out for is buying them open boxed. I purchased a pair from best buy to save a bit of money but the person who returned them did not remove them from their "find my" app in Apple. Resetting the headphones to factory settings does not remove the previous user and you will need to pair them to your phone every time you use them. It gets pretty annoying. You'll basically be a user of the headphones instead of the owner.

I can bot use ear buds my ears are way to sensitive and they dint stat in but these made it so much better especially since im an Apple product fanatic! Highly recommend they are the best this that ive gotten in a while

Great sound quality, very comfortable on the ears. I had Beats in the past and my ears would feel sweaty and irritated after a while of wearing them. Also the noise canceling on these are absolutely amazing. Haven’t talked on them yet but the sound quality is top tier

I would actually give these a 3.75. My ears and head get hot when wearing these. I love my apple airpod pro 2’s but wanted these and while the sound is amazing, they do bother me and make my head hot.

Noice cancelling is top tier. Keeps me focused and engaged on what I am doing. Sound quality is amazing. Enough base, great mids. Can’t ask for more. Works seamlessly on my iPhone 16/MacBook Pro/ipad.

Such good quality! I love the noise cancellation and how the headphone feel. I got them discounted and on sale to try them out, but I would fully recommend them if you have multiple apple devices and want to ease of switching between them instantaneously. Also very surprised on the battery life and how quick they are to fully charge.

I don’t know what’s going on with bestbuy recently. Bought two of these open box excellent AirPods Max which were supposed to look brand new but both came with stains and have about only 6 months warranty left. When connected to my iPhone 17 pro max by Bluetooth, the audio sometimes gets cut in and out when I’m using other apps. Not sure if it’s iPhone’s issue or the AirPods’.

I’ve enjoyed using the AirPods Max for their sound quality and noise cancellation. Switching between my Apple devices is effortless. That said, they’re on the heavier side. The price is high, and the case isn’t very practical, but if you’re already deep in the Apple ecosystem they are a satisfying experience overall.

Purchased for husband birthday and he uses them everyday with no complaints, battery life last him a very long time, and the noise canceling is amazing

My AirPod max are the best headphones I had yet definitely loud enough and the bass is amazing my favorite part is the noise cancellation 10/10 recommend

I owned the first generation of these. Trade in amount was good and they were on sale so I upgraded them. These are very pricy, but you get your monies worth. I owned them for 3 and half years with no issues. The sound quality is superior to any headphones I have ever owned.
