These are not at all worth the price. Sound quality is ok but the mic is horrible, whichever way I wear the headphones the mic is terrible. Switched mine out for a cheaper better quality sony.

I like the headphones but having no on and off button with a case that isn’t very secured for the price is a no go for me.

Purchased open box but arrived not factory reset - can't be added to your own Apple account or Find My at that point, which also means that the warranty isn't functional. Best Buy refused to send me a replacement at the original purchase price. Avoid unless you want to take a risk.

The box is not clean and was broken when I received it

I got one issue right after 2 days its like air is coming out of left and right speakers

I went to 2 Best Buy stores waiting to get a second pair for my daughter, but she said the New ones have the same defective issues of loud crashing sound accompanied by the inability to listen to music. Annoyed Father

When unpacked it came with a small scratch on one of the eqr piece.

Do not buy REFURBISHED AIRPOD MAX. Why? 1. Most of them are still linked to someone iCloud account. 2. AirPod Max has engineering flaw - Water condensation inside the earphones 3. It will give you a lot of headaches when you go to Apple and ask for a REPAIR despite being under 1 yr warranty.

Sound wasn’t as expected, better off buying another brand for the price

Brought this an open box for Christmas. Would not stay connected and Best Buy charged a restocking fee on an item that was already an open box and was defective. It was returned the next day. The return process is ridiculous.

I finally took the plunge and got the AirPods Max from Best Buy, and wow - these headphones are incredible! The sound quality is absolutely phenomenal with rich bass, crystal-clear mids, and crisp highs. The active noise cancellation is the best I've ever experienced - it completely blocks out airplane noise and office chatter. What surprised me most is how comfortable they are for extended wear, despite the premium build. The spatial audio feature makes movies and music feel immersive, and switching between my iPhone, iPad, and Mac is seamless. The battery life easily gets me through long flights and work days. Best Buy's customer service made the purchase smooth, and I couldn't be happier with this investment in premium audio!

my back request is for the store i get fits the used one that i can’t use because was login to the account to the prior owner and have to came back to store to get other one and happen the same problem i have to pay 4 taxis goin to the store at broadway and the store personal was very rude ann make wait a long time then have to pay difference to get the new ones because a the used one said was inspected but they not bacause still on the account of prior owner

Sound is mediocre ESPECIALLY for the price. Ear pads absorb sweat and smell horrible. Tried different variations from Amazon and the result is still the same. Look elsewhere.

Best buy treats their customers like criminals. The guy wouldn't let me hold the the box to read about the headphones citing safety reasons. Smart...treat your customers like they are thieves. I am not going to shop at BONEHEAD BEST BUY anymore.

Had to return these because there was a buzzing sound. Did not live up to the hype.

Best Buy never delivered product and charged me for product I don’t have. It is big mess.looks like fraud to me. They sell something they don’t have and don’t delivered product and then cancelled replacement without permission and do not want refund money

Got these on sale for $400, but after about an hour of wearing them it made my ears sweat, the area above my ears hurt (I did stretch them out as shown on reddit, which did improve the feeling, but would still be too tight over time). On top of that, theyre absolutely horrible to travel with. Honestly, I don’t think theyre worth it, even on sale. Get the airpods pro instead, that is truely a great product.
