I have AirPods - but the sound in the AirPod Max's is so much better. It is richer. These have been great for returning to the office because they more effectively block out the noise around me.

Could Have Been Great

Pros for me included the sound quality, build & materials, and built-in Find My capabilities. Biggest flaws include the carrying case "bra," which I have doubts would do much in the way of protection, as well as the headphones being unable to be powered on/off via a button. They must be returned to their case in order to be turned off, which was the biggest issue for me and ultimately why I ended up returning them. Sad about it! Really wanted to enjoy these.

Comfy, a little tight but fixable

Honest Airpods Max review

Definitely I think the bass can get better, but it still sounds good. I loved the mic and the quality of my voice which is delivered to the other side. ANC is good. Overall, it was good but not bang for the buck.
