They may be a bit pricey but the sound quality is spectacular. When I wear them, it helps with forgetting about my unbearable tinnitus. I highly recommend the Apple - AirPods Max.

But if you don’t have an AirPods Pro 2 then this will definitely be a huge boost. Noise cancellation is powerful.
