Somewhat disappointed that Apple didn’t make much change (if any) but the USB C connection has now streamlined my entire system. Interaction with Best Buy and the order process was seamless.

Best Buy Robbed Me - Roadie Stole my order

I reported immediately and called, emailed, chatted agents at Best Buy. They gaslit me and never issued a refund or even a gift card for the value of the stolen airpods. I was completely robbed of $500+ and will never shop at best buy again.
