Incredible Sound and Comfort – Worth Every Penny! I recently purchased the AirPods Max, and I’m absolutely blown away by the quality! From the moment I unboxed them, I could tell these headphones were something special. The build quality is solid and premium, and the design is sleek and modern. The sound quality is truly next-level—crystal-clear highs, deep bass, and an immersive experience that makes music, podcasts, and even movies come alive. The Active Noise Cancellation is outstanding, completely blocking out the outside world and creating an incredibly focused listening experience.

Such good quality! I love the noise cancellation and how the headphone feel. I got them discounted and on sale to try them out, but I would fully recommend them if you have multiple apple devices and want to ease of switching between them instantaneously. Also very surprised on the battery life and how quick they are to fully charge.

This bypasses the limitations of Bluetooth compression and makes a noticeable difference for trained ears—especially when listening to Apple Lossless, FLAC, or high-bitrate files. While it’s not full high-res (e.g., 192kHz), the clarity, dynamic range, and separation are improved. Build & Comfort Still as durable and comfortable as ever. The stainless steel frame and breathable knit mesh canopy give a unique blend of luxury and function, though the weight remains on the heavier side for long sessions. Sound Quality Even before lossless, the AirPods Max delivered incredibly balanced sound with strong bass, detailed mids, and crisp highs. Now, with wired lossless support, the already excellent drivers are pushed further—especially for studio recordings and orchestral tracks. Noise Cancellation & Transparency Top-tier. Few headphones match the ANC capabilities of the AirPods Max, and the transparency mode is still one of the most natural on the market. Verdict The addition of lossless audio via USB-C gives the AirPods Max the audiophile credibility they were missing. They’re still very Apple-centric, but if you’re deep in the ecosystem and care about sound quality, these now feel like a complete package. The Apple AirPods Max deliver excellent sound, top-tier noise cancellation, and seamless integration with Apple devices. The design feels premium, but they’re a bit heavy, and the Smart Case isn’t very practical. Battery life is solid at about 20 hours. They’re expensive, but if you’re deep in the Apple ecosystem, the experience is hard to beat.

Having had the previous gen, this is-no surprise- very good for all kinds of content, including while traveling but it is a bit on the heavy side and I have other brand/models for traveling though great around the house when I want to listen to shows or casual music, audio-books, etc., great noise cancelling and transparency mode (the best I've heard while on transparency mode!).

Absolutely fantastic headphones, The first set we got didn't seem to grip my girlfriend's head. I returned the first pair that was a an open box item and purchased this new pair. This one has been great and fit is just right. They could certainly benefit from the option to grip tighter for those with small heads, but as far as sound and call quality they are excellent. I've spent a lot of time on phone calls with her when she has been outside by a busy road. The call quality was great and I couldn't tell she was out by a busy road.

wasn't sure about getting these but I'm happy I did, of course with the best but return policy it's no problem to return them. but they are very comfortable to wear, they sound great, which was my biggest concern. some headphones have too much bass but these have great balance for my taste. I wish apple had an app so you could fine tune it even more, but overall very pleased.

My teenage son loves headphones. The over ear sound is clear and the noise cancelling works great. He likes the comfort compared to the earbuds that start hurting after 30 minutes.

Item has great sound and comfortable. Connection with Bluetooth is efficient. Only issue for sanitary reasons is the earmuff parts are a mesh material and not easy to keep clean for the light colors offered.
