My son has thoroughly enjoyed wearing and using his Airpods. High quality!

So far so good. Connection was a little complicated for me, but I’m sure that was user error. The ear cuffs do get dirty easily, but they can be replaced just as easy. 8-9 out of 10. (I wish they gave an accurate description of the color. It’s mostly rose gold, not orange.)

They look great, until they touch my face which uses products and makeup so it gets very dirty and hard to clean. It also connects poorly to my phone for calls and listening to music, I have to have the phone near me for clear listening.

I don’t know what’s going on with bestbuy recently. Bought two of these open box excellent AirPods Max which were supposed to look brand new but both came with stains and have about only 6 months warranty left. When connected to my iPhone 17 pro max by Bluetooth, the audio sometimes gets cut in and out when I’m using other apps. Not sure if it’s iPhone’s issue or the AirPods’.

These headphones are amazing! Sound quality is excellent. Noise canceling unparalleled. Highly recommend!

I think they are great when you break them in little stiff at first

I Like the quality of these headphones. The noise cancellation is incredible and you can tell a huge difference. Cute and stylish just wished they folded up or could be a little more compact. Be careful when adding cases on top, metal outside scratches up easily. Other than that, I love!

With 17 pair of headphones I was hesitant to spend the money but I had to find out. Definitely worth it. I’d rate the AirPods Max a 98 out of 100. My Sony xm4s are at 96. Bose QC are a 95. Crusher anc 2 94. Crusher EVO 93. Beats Solo 4 86. Beats Studio pro 85. Beats fit pro 83. Beats Solo 3 78. Air pods pro 1.0 75. Bought after market case. The factory case does not protect from dust.

I love my ear phones. However, they do fall backwards based on the exercises you do. The cancelling out is really good. I do not regret purchasing. I brought a pair for me and my daughter.

Bought these headphones as a gift for my husband. This is his second pair and he absolutely loves them. Great noise cancelling, battery lasts for a long time.

Excellent quality of sound, not the best style for my taste

I really wanted to like this product. The headphones sounded great and integrated seamlessly with my Apple eco-system. They are well made and quality material as expected from Apple. However, for me, they were very uncomfortable to wear. I could tolerate them for about 5 minutes. They were too heavy and compressed too tightly on my head. Additionally my too warm over my ears.

Not much more to say about these headphones other than I love them! Noise cancelling top notch!
