I wish they were louder but that’s my preference also they feel very bulky for my preference

Sometimes it makes a noise and hurts my ears, I think I will be taking them back to Apple to check because I don’t think they should be doing that

So i purchased these headphones and in no way in the description does it state that they may be a returned or refurbished item. They are sold as new, but when i connect them to my son's ipad they already had a name assigned to them. At no time did we name the headphones as "Mom's ❤️ " because that is dumb. So after seeing that the possibility is that they are refurbished i called Apple, in which they told me to call best buy since i bought them from them. I did and they were absolutely no help. I wanted them to state that they sold me a pair of refurbished headphones and not new, which they should not be doing. For something i paid a good amount of money for i would expect them to be new.

Headphones are very comfortable. Bought a pair for myself and my mom. They pair perfectly with all of our other Apple products of course. Have enjoyed using them to watch tv through our Apple TV.

They are really good but I jus don’t like that they don’t fully turn off they go in a sleep mode which still uses battery but other than that they are the best headphones if u have a Apple device
