Return not worth the price battery life terrible, sound quality not great

These are the worst high end headphones on the market twice now my AirPods Max’s have completely broken out of no where the Bluetooth seems to just go out on these for no reason it is a common problem with the AirPods Max’s I do not recommend anyone waste their money on these invest in something from Sony or Bose instead. They also get unbearably painful when wearing for extended periods of time overall totally not worth almost 500$

I always have problems with The sound in calls is so bad (people can’t hear you) and the quality of the ear cushions is not too good…They look Good but after couple months the sound is not the same. In addition, if you are working out they get super wet and is so uncomfortable, I have a better experience with the AirPods in all aspects…

I've had these for about a year and a half and they stopped working for me right after the warranty expired. When they worked, they were great but apparently there are a few widely known issues with these and Apple's only solution is that you pay $250-300 for a new pair that they will replace them with. I am incredibly mad that such an expensive product became useless after such a small amount of time and especially after taking such good care of them.

There are much better options, for less money. Sony, Bose...

Buyer beware. These headphones worked great for two years and a few months. AppleCare lasts for two years… as soon as it expired the headphones would not pair with any device. Took it to the Apple store and they will fix the problem for $299 and give you a 90 day warranty. If something happens after 90 days, you have to pay another $299. Would highly recommend these if you have a budget of $250 per year for headphones. If you don’t look elsewhere.

Tight at the top. I pulled it wayyy out to loosen. Feels much better. However the sound is not as great nor loud.

Literally do not buy. I do not know how it has high reviews. I am all name brand and wanted this for the look. Randomly it does a blaring loud static and it’s unbearable to hear. After wearing them a while it hurts my head. I regret buying them but I wanted everything Apple. I will listen to my boyfriend next time. And it takes a while to connect.

Gave me the wrong item and it was still connected to someone else’s Apple ID. Went to the store twice to get this fixed and they never helped. The employees also said I wasn’t able to exchange or return because they had nothing like it in store. Now I am past the date or return with no chance to get the item I paid for. Absolute scam.

DO NOT BUY. The only "refresh" is the USB-C. Now Mine were from Geek squad discount. They are GARBAGE. My old Sony M2 series are 10X better. I could be that Geek Squad can not fix much of anything and I just got a broken "leftover" They still had the old owners name. Cheers!
