I know these headphones are expensive but they are so worth the money. I use mine everyday and I love them so much!

They work wonderful for my daughter she can take them to collage.

Excellent base is probably the best thing about the product

So i purchased these headphones and in no way in the description does it state that they may be a returned or refurbished item. They are sold as new, but when i connect them to my son's ipad they already had a name assigned to them. At no time did we name the headphones as "Mom's ❤️ " because that is dumb. So after seeing that the possibility is that they are refurbished i called Apple, in which they told me to call best buy since i bought them from them. I did and they were absolutely no help. I wanted them to state that they sold me a pair of refurbished headphones and not new, which they should not be doing. For something i paid a good amount of money for i would expect them to be new.

Great purchase! Always purchase Open Box items from BestBuy! These were literally in excellent condition and nothing was missing/damaged!

Wife loves it, she has had no issues with it. She cant hear me screaming at COD anymore so thats a huge plus.

They actually have very good sound quality and are made of good material and finish, but they are uncomfortable for everything, and they hurt my ears and when I exercise, they move, and it is very uncomfortable.

I think this is a good product and the sound quality is great but that being said I returned them because I don’t think there is a $250 difference between my Beats Studio Pro.

Not a big fan of the Midnight Blue, like just make it Space Black. That said, the audio performance is incredible. Is it $500 incredible? That’s for you to decide based on your finances and usage. But I will say it’s a significant step up from Beats Studios.
