    It does the job. I like the Apple ecosystem integration. I love it for doing chill things but don’t expect to run or workout hard with them. But then again most over the ear headphones aren’t equipped for super active movement

    Customer service was amazing. Zenn is the guy and always is respectful and helpful. I never have any issues with going to bestbuy. People like zenn aj and Frankie is what makes the store a good store.

    Recent USB -C wired audio, made the headphones more worth. Overall, if you are in apple eco-system, this is really good.

    This product is fairly nice. There’s not much difference in sound between these and the AirPods Pro. Definitely not the Best Buy.

    The only thing really nice about this is that is pairs with Apple devices very well. Other than that it truly is heavy on the head and uncomfortable. The sound quality is crisp and clear but there are other headphones like the skull candy “SkullCrushers” for way cheaper with way better base and amazing sound quality. If anything I would get the XM5 or any of those for cheaper and for better base and EQ options. Unless you’re really into the Apple eco system there is no need to buy these. They are nice just not worth it!
