    I was SHOCKED to learn that AirPod maxes are not for me. I love the look and was pining for them for a long time. I finally bit the bullet and they were so cute but SO uncomfortable! I think my head is pretty average sized - probably on the larger side of average - and the shape and size of these was so uncomfortable to me. I have very sensitive skin and these rubbed against my neck in an irritating way. The sound was fine, but really no difference from my Beats - at least that I can discern.

    the bluetooth when speaking on the phone sounded like I was underwater. No one could understand me but the noise cancelation was amazing and the sound was great.

    Waited to purchase V2 of these for over a year. Somewhat disappointed that Apple didn’t make much change (if any) but the USB C connection has now streamlined my entire system. Interaction with Best Buy and the order process was seamless.
