I’m picky about sound, comfort, and quality—and the AirPods Max deliver. The audio is crisp with balanced bass, noise cancellation is strong enough to completely tune out distractions, and Transparency mode actually sounds natural (not robotic). They’re comfortable for long wear and feel very well-built, not flimsy at all. Yes, they’re pricey, and yes, I hesitated—but after using them, I get it. Seamless Apple connectivity and premium performance make these a solid buy if sound quality matters to you.

Definitely a luxurious product Apple. The build quality of the AirPods Pro Max are stellar. The hinges are heavy duty, the cups feel robust and that overall adds to the heaviness of these headphones. Though they tried their best with the soft mesh which have a very nice feel. As far as sound; With USB C, now there’s lossless audio which is great for people looking for a more Hi-Fi Experience. Though to connect these to anything other than a device with USB C, Apple charges you $40 for a USB C to 3.5mm braided cable. Yikes. (I ended up buying it -_-) The sound is clear, with strong bass clear mids and highs. I look forward to listening to music on these everyday! Thought ive had a few software kinks when connecting these, the noise cancellation and transparency mode are some of the best on the market. I love these headphones despite their flaws and hope that I’ll have these for a very long time.

First of all, the airpod fits perfectly, and i like snuggly feeling on my head while wearing it to workout at the gym. Second of all, the bass and noise cancellation feature. Its quite and let me enjoy my music without interfering from loud music at the gym. Lastly, the airpod is comfortable and soft, cover both my ears for long hours. Highly recommended and everyone knows that.

I absolutely love these AirPods Max! I use them daily for work - listening to music in the office and taking Zoom calls - and they've exceeded my expectations. Having owned both the Sonos Ace and Sony XM4, I can say each has its strengths. The Sony might edge out slightly on pure sound quality, and the Sonos Ace definitely looks sleeker and feels a bit more comfortable for long sessions. But what makes the AirPods Max my go-to choice is the incredible transparency mode. This feature is honestly a killer differentiator. Unlike other headphones I've owned, I don't feel muffled or disconnected when speaking on calls. The transparency mode lets me hear my own voice naturally, which makes video calls so much more comfortable and natural. It's one of those features you don't realize you need until you have it. The audio quality is excellent for both music and calls, and the microphone performance is consistently clear for my colleagues. I also really appreciate having physical buttons rather than relying solely on touch controls - they're more reliable and easier to use without looking.

I bought the AirPods Max (USB-C) in Midnight and have been using them daily for a mix of music, conference calls, and watching videos. I’m already in the Apple ecosystem (iPhone/Apple TV/Apple Watch), so I mainly wanted something that “just works” and sounds great. How I use them Music and podcasts at home and in the office Zoom/Teams calls Movies/shows on Apple TV Occasional travel/errands for noise cancelling Setup & Apple integration Setup was basically instant—open the case near my iPhone and it paired immediately. Switching between devices is the big win: moving from iPhone to Apple TV or a Mac is simple and usually automatic. If you’re already in Apple’s ecosystem, these feel like a “plug and play” headset. Sound quality The sound is excellent—clean, detailed, and punchy without being muddy. Vocals come through clearly, and the bass has weight without overpowering everything. They’re also great at lower volumes, which I appreciate. Noise cancelling & transparency The Active Noise Cancelling is the best I’ve personally used. It cuts out constant noise (fans, HVAC, background hum) extremely well, and it’s strong enough that I catch myself forgetting how loud a room actually is. Transparency mode is equally impressive—when I turn it on, I can have a conversation without taking them off. Comfort & fit This is where it’s mixed: The ear cups are soft and seal well But the headset is noticeably heavy, and after long sessions I feel the weight more than other headphones If you wear headphones for hours at a time, that weight may matter. Calls & mic For calls, they’ve been solid—people can hear me clearly and the noise cancelling helps in louder environments. I wouldn’t call it a studio mic, but it’s more than good enough for work calls. These headphones were purchased as a birthday gift for my grandson. He loves them. He did not like the ones that go in his ears. He said these fit over his ears perfectly. He also loves the nouse cancellation feature, as he can quietely listen to his ipad while his younger brothers are making noise around him... and they also enjoy not having to listen to his ipad! Win-win. Oh, and ordering was simple. Ordered on-line - shipped to house. There was a little glitch as the box was open on arrival and charger wire missing, but it was easy to rectify. I stopped back in the store, and they switched it for another. Perfect!

Excellent sound quality. Seamlessly integrated with all of my apple products. Great battery life. Noise canceling is top tier. Like all headphones, you do need to hardwire it to your device for the best sound quality. Day to day functionality not the greatest due to size and inability to turn off without specific case. And the case you get for it will be big/clunky. Probably not wise to travel with it without a case. Not a practical day to day experience if you leave your house for work but great listening experience for your leisure

The battery life on these things are amazing. They last forever! They feel amazing to wear, could wear them all day and not be bothered. Lastly the quality on them are very clear and wonderful to hear!

Easy to use and very comfortable. Sound quality is good but not the best I have heard and they don’t seem to get really loud, if you like to listen to your music like that. The noise cancelation works really well and battery life is also good.

Great sound quality. No other mainstream headphones can compare to the AirPod Max when it comes to clarity in music and movies because of apples Spatial Audio feature. The Apple ecosystem is elite in my opinion. These headphones connect automatically and the quick switch between multiple devices is impressive. The clarity of voices in movies is trippy with Spatial Audio, sounds like they’re talking around you/to you. I love the new lossless audio update through USB C connection, great for enjoying the highest quality music for the average consumer. For casual, mainstream headphones, it’s impressive what they can do. The ANC is extremely impressive as well, helps with airplane noise, traffic noise, etc. I also haven’t had any problems with the battery life either. They last a good amount before having to charge them again. They are on the heavy side but I’m able to adjust, the weight can be an issue for some people though. Another great feature is the magnetic earcups, easy to attach and detach if there’s condensation build up.

Exactly what I was expecting. The design is very pure, the sound quality is also great and the noise reduction feature is definitely more advanced than the one in the AirPods Pro. I’ve heard that the sound quality is even better when plugged but haven’t tried it yet. It’s also great for working out, it doesn’t slip. Would definitely recommend!

I think the best part about this headset is actually the convenience if you are in the apple ecosystem. I work on a Macbook, have an iphone, and occasionally use my ipad. I tried other headsets like the Sony and Bose and they are more comfortable to wear but the inconvenience of having to resync throughout the day when switching devices added up when you switch between devices as much as I do. Being able to see a call come through on your iphone and answer it whiel on your Mac and the headset to immediately switch between devices is very convenient throughout the work day. Same when you're on your iphone and switch back to Macbook for a online meeting. Battery life is great, charging is fast, and sound and noise cancelling all perform well. Compared to Bose and Sony I would say it's good enough and the convenience being in the Apple ecosystem makes this headset the best for me. 4 stars instead of 5 is for comfort. Compared to the others this is a heavy headset and not as comfortable as the Bose or Sony.

Really well built, premium headphones. The noise cancellation is pretty good and the cups around your ear is really cool to the touch. I do wish, however, that the battery lasted longer.
