Item is amazing!! My daughter loves them. They work well and all the options do what they say they do. The bass in the headphones is clear and the noise cancelling function is superb!

Good device micophone sucks cant use it for calls.Greatfor the gym ora naything where you dont need to speek.

These were not my favorite. At first, they were comfortable but then they felt bulky and not very practical for working out or using out of the house. I returned them after a few days.

By far some of the best headphone I’ve come across! I can legitimately be lost in my own world for hoursss.

Bestbuy really needs to look into this matter. It seems pretty often recently that it sends out refurbished AirPods Max as open box new. I bought three open box new but they all had stains and about 6 months Apple warranty left. One of those got confirmed by Apple that was Bestbuy-refurbished and it didn’t do the job right. There is a mismatch of the left and right pod.

A little weighty and painful to wear for long periods of time. Noise cancellation works better on AirPod pros. However I do like wearing them for phone calls and while cleaning. Not sure how comfortable they would be for running and working out.

Honestly they’re good but they hurt my head. I got pain in my jaw after long use.
