Great headphones but they are very heavy and bulky to wear and carry around inside your purse I wish they folded like the Bose pair does.

    Wanted to love them

I loved and didn’t love them at the same time. They didn’t feel secure enough on my head for what I payed for them. The noise cancel wasn’t the best in my opinion. They are super cute and the mic is amazing considering they’re over ear headphones but I ultimately returned them because I felt like it wasn’t worth the money.

Pretty mid. Audio quality is very bright, almost no bass fresh out the bass, and even with the settings app eq modes, I can't find a well balanced mode. Also no manual eq so not very customizable. Exchanged for Bose QC ultra

They’re overly hyped. Could’ve gotten something better for way cheaper than what I paid. Lesson learned, don’t be easily influenced

These are the worst high end headphones on the market twice now my AirPods Max’s have completely broken out of no where the Bluetooth seems to just go out on these for no reason it is a common problem with the AirPods Max’s I do not recommend anyone waste their money on these invest in something from Sony or Bose instead. They also get unbearably painful when wearing for extended periods of time overall totally not worth almost 500$

I always have problems with The sound in calls is so bad (people can’t hear you) and the quality of the ear cushions is not too good…They look Good but after couple months the sound is not the same. In addition, if you are working out they get super wet and is so uncomfortable, I have a better experience with the AirPods in all aspects…

    Buyer beware

I've had these for about a year and a half and they stopped working for me right after the warranty expired. When they worked, they were great but apparently there are a few widely known issues with these and Apple's only solution is that you pay $250-300 for a new pair that they will replace them with. I am incredibly mad that such an expensive product became useless after such a small amount of time and especially after taking such good care of them.

    Bricked after apple care expired

Buyer beware. These headphones worked great for two years and a few months. AppleCare lasts for two years… as soon as it expired the headphones would not pair with any device. Took it to the Apple store and they will fix the problem for $299 and give you a 90 day warranty. If something happens after 90 days, you have to pay another $299. Would highly recommend these if you have a budget of $250 per year for headphones. If you don’t look elsewhere.
