New but refurbished
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So i purchased these headphones and in no way in the description does it state that they may be a returned or refurbished item. They are sold as new, but when i connect them to my son's ipad they already had a name assigned to them. At no time did we name the headphones as "Mom's ❤️ " because that is dumb. So after seeing that the possibility is that they are refurbished i called Apple, in which they told me to call best buy since i bought them from them. I did and they were absolutely no help. I wanted them to state that they sold me a pair of refurbished headphones and not new, which they should not be doing. For something i paid a good amount of money for i would expect them to be new.

Highly overpriced and overrated.

I have Beats and love those more than these. I dont like the detachable ear speakers nor the set up that goes into using them. With Beats, you plug them in and are jamming instantly. With these it requires you to basically take a hearing test to adjust to your liking which is not loud enough for me.

noise cancellation is mid
