I also love that you can buy ear cup replacements. He has a pair that he wears while he is working out and another with no sweat. Love these!

Not great for working out

I think it has great sound quality, amazing comfort, but the caveat is that I want to use headphones for working out / lifting. I understand that most headphones are not designed to be treated harshly, but I had seen reviews of people reporting these to be quite tight sometimes. Unfortunately, they were not tight enough at all. They loved slipping off my head at any sign of exertion. I bought a pair of $350 beats studio pros instead that fit WONDERFULLY and have poorer connectivity to my iPhone than the AirPods Max.
