Too heavy / Too expensive / Noise Cancelling Tech is old / Does not support LDAC and LHDC / The case is too big / No foldability.

Connection issue always. Will def be returning……….sound is meh. And noise cancellation is the same as all the rest

Not worth the money they are very heavy and uncomfortable

Very heavy for the money I would expect a lot more out of them. I bought these and the Bose ultraquiet and liked those better so I gave the apple to someone and they gave them back and told me to just return them

Stopped working correctly after 5 weeks of using them. Couldn’t return them.

It’s ok. The noise cancellation sometimes feels like going deaf in one ear or another.

They started malfunctioning right after I left San Francisco. This was a bad restock I was sold.

I connect to my desktop PC but the connection is very unstable. The headset feels comfortable and i appreciate the wireless aspect but my head is literally 2 feet from the computer and the connection drops a lot.

This was a fraudulent purchase that the store did not bother to do proper ID check.

bad audio wasn’t what i was looking for in some 500 dollar headphones

these headphones were delivery in one day so fast !! the sound is so amazing. it is definitely worth every dime i spent on them. not to mention that blue color is so pretty. I wore them for days before even have to charge them which is such a plus. You can literally hear nothing that’s how good the noise cancellation is.

This was the perfect gift for my daughter. The sound quality is impeccable. You can hear everything from the lyrics to the individual instruments. Not to mention the noise cancellation is like no other. The icing on the cake was the array of colors that they come in. Purple is her favorite color and it matches the color of her iPad. To sum it up, this was the perfect purchase. As a basketball athlete, she travels with these to and from her games. She even uses them as she’s warming up. The longevity of the battery life gets through several days. This is well worth the purchase.

I finally took the plunge and got the AirPods Max from Best Buy, and wow - these headphones are incredible! Best Buy's customer service made the purchase smooth, and I couldn't be happier with this investment in premium audio!

These headphones are the best headphones I ever had by far loud, comfortable, and block out sounds.
