3 stars for confort, accessibility and the nice sound, but battery it’s a joke, i use only for phone calls and one or two at top in the 3 hours that last. So just another thing sell because of a name when better brands available.!

No matter what ear tip size I try, none fit. Constantly falling out of my ears. Miss my Samsung buds when I had my Galaxy. Apple does not have the bass the Samsung ones do ether.

They're not as comfortable as the regular airpods.

Disappointing...I experience far, far too many connectivity issues with the buds. If one is slightly ajar it cuts everything off and I have to work to make sure everything is just right for it to reconnect.

Lately they’ve been playing 30 seconds of a song then they cut off & maybe they aren’t charged but this is my second pair and the first time this has happened, I’ve had the first gen & the pros twice but it’s been okay so far.

The left headphone just stopped working all of a sudden. I did everything except exchange them to get them to work. Wanted to love them. I will say when they worked they were great

I was directed towards purchasing these earbuds by an associate. Not sure if I just got a bad pair, but I’m very disappointed with the quality. I am not a person who is very particular about sound quality, but I do like a product that functions reasonably. The sound cuts out often. They fall out easily. I an always worried that they will fall into water or other inconvenient places. The noise canceling is poor. I regret purchasing. I have Bose headphones, which are great. I was wanting to have another option for different activities. Unfortunately, these earbuds do not meet my needs. I have been out of the country since purchasing, so wasn’t able to return them.

Not as good as I would've hoped. The fit (they come with optional soft nubs of different sizes) doesn't quite meet my needs, and the noise-cancelling is about 80% what you might expect. Glad I did not pay full price for these.
