If im just sitting down its fine the quality is great,noise cancelling is awesome. The down fall is that if I'm working out or even getting up too fast the earphones fall out

I’ve only had mine for less than a year and the right no longer works, I believe from water damage due to sweating from workouts. For normal everyday use they were perfect, but I do not recommend for workouts

Didn't like the pressure I felt in my ears. It was similar to ear-popping when on an airplane. Not sure if this was due to the noise cancelling feature but the pressure was overwhelming. I ended up returning and buying the Gen 2 AirPods.

always like apple headphones but what kills me is the rubber inserts that go in your ear. the pressure the cause normally hurts my ear so i like it better when the headphones were made without them.

Left airpod stopped working after two weeks, as well as charging case issues. AirPods also did not have good fit in ears. Had to exchange for a new pair. They were good when they worked.

As these type of air pods may work well for others, I had to returned them for they keep popping out of my ears. Couldn’t have that. I spent more time putting them on then enjoying them and having a conversation with others.

They are comfortable in your ears, good quality and great sound. The only downside is the battery seems to drain pretty quickly when you were on the phone for an extended period time

Sound is fine but no matter which ear fitting I use it’s on the verge of falling out. I didn’t have this problem with the standard AirPods, just with the pros. Wish I would have gone with a different brand.

I think is very useful especially when I’m working because I have to contact my manager all the time. I’m not sure if there is a big difference between the regular airpod or the pro.sometimes I wish I had buy the regular one

I had the original apple AirPods and upgraded to these but was somewhat disappointed. I have a hard time getting these to stay in my ears and at times, they hurt. I wish I had simply bought another pair of the original AirPods.

I was there at the store and I’m another Best Buy employee. I didn’t really like how they conducted themselves. This female employee felt some type of way about putting in my employee numbers and they didn’t even check my ID

product is fine. being a novice in electronics i think best buy should have said i also needed an adaptor or the magsafe charging device to charge the device. the cord doesn't fit anything else in the house. thanks apple

Terrible warranty especially when you spend more for an extra warranty and then they don’t stand behind their product.

Garbage. Had them replaced for vibration in earbuds 9 times in the warranty period and am now stuck with static anytime I speak using them.

I have consistent issues with my left airpod. I have alot in instances when my AirPods disconnect from my phone and will not connect. My old original AirPods work much better then these that I purchased as an upgrade.

THE SOUND IS AWEFUL. i HAVE BEEN TO THE APPLE STORE MORE THEM FIVE TIMES TO HAVE SOUND TESTING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM.

It’s very bad. I feel my ear it o’clock they give me infection my air.

Headphones good for listening to music. Has a constant clicking around in the right ear unless you turn off transparency mode which makes the call quality terrible

Honestly messed up within a month, gifted them to my sibling had to return them and down grade to the older ones bc they didn’t have any other in stock

They fall out of your ear. Tried different sizes still they fell out or have to push them in constantly. Not for running or gym. Noise cancellation feature amazing.
