Absolutely love these, however, there are times where there are connection/interference issues. Albeit short, they are annoying.

They are just ok in sound quality when compared to the Bose hearphones they replaced. They have a long way to with live hear setting. They pick up way too many extraneous sound.

These work great in terms of noise cancellation, but I found the fit and the noise cancellation mechanism really irritating to my ears. In fact I'm noticing pretty severe jaw and temple pain after about a month of use. Hoping that Best Buy will accept a return at this point, considering the price of the product.

These function well, but they are uncomfortable and don’t stay in my ears. I had to go purchase one of the older model versions. So unfortunately, I don’t use these at all.

Overall, they are pretty good. However, the right AirPod kept disconnecting. I am not sure if there is proper quality control with Apple products these days.

I like regular AirPods better. These are constantly falling out of my ears. I have tried all 3 sizes they come with. I am a woman with normal size ears. I never this issue before.

In my opinion these headphones are overpriced and should be no more that $150 or $170 at max. They are great for phone use, but the music isn't that great.

Do NOT buy these. I’m a huge apple fan, I have an iPhone, Mac, iPad, and apple watch. I love all products but these headphones are garbage. I bought a pair a couple years ago and they randomly stopped working. Just simply wouldn’t connect anymore. That is after years of having connection issues. I swear I’d spend 10+ minutes each and every time I try to connect them. So I stupidly decided to buy another pair. I’ve again had to fight with connecting them almost every use. After using the new ones approximately 5-10 times they wouldn’t connect at all. In brand new condition, I now have to spend a $100 to get the case replaced if I want my brand new headphones to work. In summary I’ve spent about $450 on two sets of these AirPods and they simply just don’t work. I don’t know if it’s even worth ordering the replacement part for $100 at this point. Mine as well cut my losses before it’s over $500 on headphones that don’t work. Again I think it’s important to state I’m a huge apple fan so I’m the last person to bash the products. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Did not like the cumbersome feel that these pods had in my ear hole. Plus, they seemed to work less well than their slightly earlier ancestors.

The quality of noise cancellation and music quality is excellent. But these do not stay in your ears and keep popping out.

Adult owned and lighltly used and they will not even charge. Get it together, Apple. These should last more than 8 months

Flops out of ears too easily. Apple care should also cover if lost. Customers pay to much money for the item and insurance for it to not cover lost or theft.

These do not compare to beats at all. Battery life is terrible, charging time is terrible, and the fit is terrible. I can barely move my head without them falling out.

So far so good but ai am having problems with noice cancelation now.....since it's been less than a year I'll see if they came with any warranty.

I had connection issues between MAC, IPad and Iphone 13. Switching between these devices was horrible. My zoom call could not be moved from MACbook pro to the headset.

Had it for 2 years and once my warranty expired is broke on me

We like this but the charge only held for a two hour movie and another 15 minutes. Need to be able to charge it for longer wireless travel.

got repaired but still don’t work well and battery life is very short now my first pair of air pods still work better than my pros
