This is a replacement for a older vision that only lasted 2 years. Hey he’s a teenager. Anything could happen. Should have purchased the extended warranty but didn’t!

I’m not really a fan. I do not know what all the hype is about these AirPod Pros. They fall out of my ear, disconnect at times, and they’re a bit bulky.

The ear pieces fall off easily, otherwise the technology is pretty good. You do feel disconnected with the world and sometimes it off-balancing.

Love the noise cancellation but they don’t fit in my ears as well as I’d like.

Sound and nose cancellation is great. But these things always fall out your ears. Not worth it.

The first time I used them to run outside and they stopped working when they had contact with the drizzle, unfortunate.

I like the wireless charger capability. These are the most uncomfortable air pods I've ever owned. I've changed the tips and still no luck. The battery dies half way through the work day. Waste of money. I thought I was upgrading from my skull candy their batter is 48 hours non stop by with Apple I get less than 4. I would love to return them. Bought 2 pair, my husband wore his once and didn't a dj to the discomfort, he went back to his JBL

First of all, I bought an earlier model of theseIPods. Standby and talk time time sucked less than 4 hours, I asked the sales associate if they had improved on the standby and talk time and she told me, absolutely and now it last for more that 15 hours. I bought and found out it was not any better that my first IPods I had. Secondly, it doesn't work well paired with two phone at once. Plantronics leaves IPods in the dust,

Great sound! Can’t even tell they are in my ear. Very comfortable.

I don’t like the battery life at all. Having trouble with the charger. Not even a month old. I’m. It to impressed for the price.

AirPod pros were not as amazing as I expected them to be although I had similar feelings about my new iPhone as well. The AirPods Pro’s look cool and offer great features but the functionality just doesn’t work for me- they fell out of my ears on multiple occasions… I have purchased many sets of iPod pros and couldn’t afford to loose another pair this way. Returned for Beats Pro- they stay put way better.

Honestly to me not worth the extra money just buy the regular version

in one month, right pod is not working but best buy dint help. worst service from bestbuy as we couldnt trust.

The AirPods are good for listening to music with or without the sound blocking, but when on a call the mic sounds muffled and is bad.

The ear pods do not stay in your ear. The piece is to make it adjust to your ear but it just slips right out your ear. Not secure and safe!!!!

Magsafe charger does not come with a wall plug and requires USB-C plug in (not the normal USB plug-in). IE you have to go buy a charger with it too.

One o them stopped working , no solutions given other than buying a new pair

Very cheap it seems like they last no more the the life of the warranty

Doesn't come with charging brick, just the cable. Not Best Buy's fault, but Apple is really scummy for this practice. Solid headphones though.
