Sound quality is good but they are constantly falling out of my ears while talking and chewing.

Not impressed, poor sound quality and overrated specs.

Not impressed. They are slow to connect to my iPhone & they pop easily out of my ears. They are also slow to indicate battery life.

Had them less than a year, bought them July 8th 2022 and they literally stopped charging

These generally break right after the warranty is up, but the kids love them, so I continue to purchase them.

I got the airpods pro in April 2022 and 2 months after, i noticed the magnetic case lid does not close tight and because of this, the phone connects randomly even when the lid is closed with the airpods in it. It is a manufacturer problem and there is no way for me to tighten it. I would like an exchange but my receipt says it is too late to return for an exchange. I am not happy with this at all.

I like the case but the fit and ease is not what I expected. Wanted hassle free operating but not satisfied with functionality.

The sound is amazing and they work WONDERFULLY when the “DID”. The reason for the 2 star rating is they are NOT long lasting. If I spend close to $200 for something I expect it to last longer than 11 mo. Yes I got the protection plan but I shouldn’t have to use it 11 mo after purchasing. Very disappointed and have the gen 2 on the way hopeful of better results.

I didn't like the way they fit in my ears. I never felt like they were secure and kept thinking they were going to fall out.

THEY CLAIM TO HAVE A BATTERY THAT LASTS. i'M LUCKY IF I GET 2 HOURS WITHOUT LISTENING TO ANY MUSICE OR BARELY TALKING ON THE PHONE.

Work very well I just wish you could control volume on device My Bose earbuds lasted a lot longer on one charge

the Battery life was 2 hours on calls of constant use. I returned and bought the beats. The battery life is much better.

I only use these for sleeping. No way to change the volume on the buds themselves. The sound quality is worse than my Samsung Buds Pro.

So much sound amazing but I dislike this product because it constantly falls out my ears. Really all that money so it falls out!!!

So there’s a known issue with some of these and we got a bad one. Exchanged for a new with no issue the next day. My son loves these.

Fall out of my ears and sometimes disconnect calls when I try to push them back in. Noise reduction is terrific though.

Unfortunately they fall out of small ears easily so it would be better if they could be molded to fit small ears better

Apple had lost/ exhausted intelligent ideas. This airpod deserves 2 stars. can't take them out the case without slippery drop

Already having issue with no sound. Not even a year old yet. Cant get ANY help on repair or replace
