I didn’t like them due to the fact that it auctions your ears a bit too much. The original AirPods are good for me.

I loved them up until the left one blew. Took less than a year.

Unusable for me. Sound quality was good. Typical air pods sound. However would not stay in my ears. Even tried foam tips instead, aftermarket since Apple doesn’t offer any. Thus the noise canceling aspect was very poor. Sometimes it would cancel and other times I’d hear everything. Would not recommend.

Easy to pair with my iPhone but the Sound quality and volume is about average. I should have got a bose

Slight improvement over previous model. Still has connectivity issues from time to time. Huge learning curve.

15 days later the right AirPods didn’t work and I had to sit down in the AppStore to get it fix.

The AirPods work wonderfully. My only complaint is the terrible battery life. Apple can do better.

My opinion is that the Airpods Pro battery should at least last 10 to 12 hours and stay in your ear.

Bought these and shipped to my daughter. Intermittently work - so annoying. Every time I try to bring them in to see about getting repaired, they work, then they stop working again. My daughter lives out of town and not accessible to a Best Buy so I guess we are stuck with them.

What can I say, it’s the first version of AirPods Pro. Definitely needs improvement

I returned the Airpod gen 3 because it would come off and purchased this one because it has a silicone gel mount that is supposed to prevent it from coming off the ear. This one is not very different from the other. It does not fit my ear and I have to walk like an ostrich or it'll come off.

I love them but the packaging was terrible. The product could have been easily damaged, BestBuy’s fault.

Do not stay charged that long. I’m not happy with the battery life. Only 4 hours.

Works as intended. Doesn't stay in ears securely. Need more silicon tips of varying sizes.

Very good for telephone conversation. Not a good earbuds for music as it lacks the warmth and clarity.
