I recommend against buying these Air Pods. Sound quality is dismally poor. Battery life is annoying short. The time necessary to establish a connection can be frustrating long. These tiny thing are easy to drop, so, really, a tether point would be a wise addition; these things really do need a retention cord, which, really means that the “Air” part of Air Pod is a fail. I really wish that I had not spent the money. I would award ZERO stars, if I could. I just dropped mine into the garbage, after putting up with their shortcomings for less than three months.

Returned Clicking sound in one ear. Apple said they would work to replace. For the money they should work right out of the box. Tried them as I lost my Jabra Elite Active 75s. Went back to Jabra and got the Elite 7 Pro.

I have returned my airpods once already because the microphones didn't work on either pod. My second pair, the microphone is better, but not great. I often get complaints they don't work well unless the room is absolutely quiet. Now recently they just drop the audio during video conference calls on my computer. I've looked into the settings in Google and have adjusted the suggested settings, but regardless it shouldn't drop audio half way through a call. Terrible product.

Purchased and when I went to charge it it wouldn't't charge. Eventually it did. But ended up having to take it to the apple store. Turns out the case was bad. But They fixed it free of charge.

the custom fitting for noise cancelation does not work. IEven with the transparency turned off and noise cancelling turned on.. Instead it picked up sounds from across the street and magnified them directly into my ear. Like someone talking. I could hear every word through the speakers in my ears. Not only that but having them in my ear made my swallowing and breathing loud like she you have earplugs on. None of them fit. I returned 2 pair nd finally got the ones without noise cancelling.

The left ear bud is busted. It does not work whatsoever. I tried connecting it multiple times, tried cleaning the ear bud, cleaning the bottom of the ear bud that helps it charge to the case and it does not work.

With the 2nd generation of the Airpods Pro out, these are still a great pick up for those who have a tighter budget. Sure the new generation brings better creature comforts and improvements but the first generation was close to perfection in my opinion. Sound Quality: Of course, this has to be important, they're earbuds... I am not an audiophile by any means but I can hear the difference between headphones/earbuds. I would say these are closer to the higher end but there are many others that sound way better for the price. Comfort: What they lack in sound quality they make up for in comfort. Sticking in earbuds into my ear canal gives me migraines, however, I can barely feel the Airpods pro when wearing them. The fit of course will vary per ear shape/type/size. But for me, these are the most comfortable pair of earbuds I own. Convenience: Having a Macbook pro, iPad pro, and iPhone 13 Max Pro, the airpods pro makes sense. Once it is connected to each of my devices, the connection is seamless when I decide to use any of them. The battery life also isn't bad, although I know the 2nd generation improved upon it. In conclusion, if you are thinking about getting the 2nd generation airpods pro, you cannot go wrong as it only improves upon the original version. However, if you are on a budget, buying the previous generation is perfectly okay if you are fine missing the new additions/improvements that you may not even need.

I like that it has a sleek look however many times the sound quality would be lacking. You constantly have to keep adjusting them so they don’t slide out of your ear regardless of which ear tips you use

Bought this airpod pro. It was meant to be a Christmas gift. The ad read “ get it by tomorrow “. That was a false advertisement. The product arrived late after Christmas Day and worst of all I tried to connect it to my iphone . Lights blinking no connection! Disappointed by this quality. I had to waste more time and returned it. I did not want money back, I asked them to get another one instead , they said their po.. software online is different from in store, so they could not process the exchange . They wanted to make me pay for another one …what s wrong with Best Buy?

They are good for just laying around listening to music and talking but they are not great for when you are working out. They fall out of the ear like crazy.

The noise cancelling feature leaves my ears ringing and head hurting. They fall out a lot more than the standard airpods. Sound quality is par. Very disappointed. Bad value.

Lots of nice features but sound quality was lacking in many areas. I took them back. I have other earbuds that I’ve had for several years that out perform much better than these.

The offer 6 months apple music is FAKE!!! I Called best buy and they told me i have to call apple. I called apple, and i was 2 hours in the phone and never figured it out.

Purchased these AirPods in 3/14/22. It’s August 8/12/22 and they have already gone bad. For $200 (179.99 +tax) 5 months is ridiculous as far as life span.

Very uncomfortable no matter what size ear adaptor I used & they fell out of my ear easily. I returned them.

They were working really good the first couple of months but my right AirPod keeps cutting in and out when I listen to music.

I liked the noise canceling feature, but would not stay in my ears. I bought after market tips and same results, so I returned them.

when i first got them , they sounded as if they had water damage. They were still connected to someone’s icloud and took forever to connect to my phone. I went to best buy to make a exchange. They cashier had a horrible attitude and wasn’t speaking up. He was literally mumbling, they didn’t have any refurbished ones in stock and i had to buy a new pair . I recommend not buying anything refurbished from best buy.

This is not good for me I don’t know it’s my problem or earbuds problem, sometimes it happened charging problem and nosy
