My kids upgraded to the AirPod Pros & love them. Happy about the purchase it was easy & fast delivery.

No bass after ten uses. Now have to ship off and see if apple will fix only four months old. Junk

I've owned 3 different pair of these, and for some reason the left ear bud always has a problem charging. Other than that alright item.

Wouldn’t know if they are any good because they kept getting lost during shipping

I bought them one month ago they were perfectly fine until yesterday my right airpod pro wouldn’t work at all only the left one did.

annoying hiss in left earbud/ apple "repaired" it but the sound remains. i no longer use them. do not buy

I've been looking for a pair of ear buds that actually work with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6. I had bought Samsung's but, believe it or not, they didn't work well at all, not even with their app. I heard so much about Apple's AirPods Pro and decided to give these a try. Lo and behold, these work fantastic with my Tab S6. Sure, there's a couple of things you can't use, like Siri, but that wasn't a deal breaker for me. I was looking for superior sound and man, these put the cherry on the cake for me. The noise cancellation feature works like a charm. I mean, really, no noise gets through at all, whereas Samsung's ear buds left a lot to be desired. The ear fittings come in 3 different sizes and are very comfortable Connectivity is easy and fast. My only gripe is that Apple doesn't include the 20W USB-C Power Adapter. However, they do come with the wire to charge via a port. All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend these. They're very impressive!

I recently purchased the AirPods pro, I have been using 2nd gen airpods for a while but was having problems with them falling out. I decided to get the Pro model after Best Buy dropped the price to 189.99, I also had a couple gift cards to use, I showed them a lower price on Amazon and they did a price match so it ended up with me spending $50 out of pocket, otherwise I would not have spent the $250 for the Pro's. Pro's- Good fit, they do not fall out, great sound quality, works seamlessly with my Iphone, love the transparency mode for active noise reduction since I use them when I am driving, great volume even though I am somewhat hard of hearing, I have used other devices and found that I could never get the volume loud enough. Cons- I find the way you adjust volume, answer calls and control music cumbersome, you need to pinch the microphone piece instead of tapping like on the 2nd gen models, I know you can just tell siri to do this but sometimes I would rather not especially if I am around other people, of course you can also control all these functions from your phone. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

Hate them. They don’t stay in your ears. Even after buying different plugs, they constantly fall out with simple movements.

defective, will not hold a charge. have attempted to charge with provided cord and iphone 11 charger and neither the case nor the airpods will charge. was previously able to connect with my iphone now it will not even show how much charge is remaining. there are no indicator lights on the case any longer. have had these less than 2 weeks and used them maybe for 3 hours total

They do not have a good battery span. I was listening to a podcast which was at least an hour. What thin 30 minutes I had to recharge it because it was already at 25 percent!! I had to take them back!! It was such a inconvenient!! It would’ve been nice if they just gave me a replacement!! Nothing was offered to me!!

Keep having noise. Even apple cannot find the reason and fix it. Have to return

when I use both of them, people cant hear my mic but when I take out the right, it works. Not cool

I was not happy I had to return them only one side was working. Very Sad . And my refund took 2 months to get back.

After using for one day, I returned them. Sadly my ear canals were too small, even with the smallest pieces on. One kept falling out also. After wearing them for an hour I got a headache and my ears were red. I really wanted them to work for me but it just was not a good fit! As far as the anc- amazing!

Bought the airpods pro since they advertise they work for people who workout and sweat. Definitely not the case. Bought a pair in March 2022 - within 20-days they broke. Thought they were lemons and would give them a 2nd chance. 2nd pair broke in 45 days outside the return timeline. Definitely would not recommend buying these to anyone I know - terrible quality.

The worst ever AirPods constantly falling out of my ears and loses connection to iPhone. I don’t recommend.
