Said it came with 6 months of Apple Music. Straight a lie it came with 3 and if I were to contact support it says I would have to wait 3 days or the equivalent to 84,621 minutes on their customer support page.

worked great for 3 weeks, then died. Clearly a faulty product. The warranty should be handled by Best Buy, in store, immediately, but instead they need to be sent out for repair which will take a few weeks.

Nope Apple, what did you do? Bought for my wife and no matter what size tips she used they fell out of her ears and she hated them. So disappointed in the design of this garbage they came out with.

Lasted 4 months don't buy peice of crap that's why there are so many refurbished ones out there. Apple doesn't care about their customers.

Stop using the product 1 month after use. Kept loosing charge after about 30 min. Constantly had to recharge to use. This is very inconvenient. I will be returning it to the store today.

Very easy to lose these things. If you're going to be using them often outdoors, do not recommend them. Just get yourself a cheaper pair of headphones and save yourself the heartache.

1st pair stopped working 2 days after buying. Got a replacement pair. That pair stopped working 3 weeks later. Sound and overall functionality were just decent.

I got a supposed brand new Airpods pro but when I tried to connect it, the airpods name was “Sir Creampies Airpod Pro” i at least need to have a discount for this.

I loved them until the right one starting dying super quick. And whenever I go it the sauna it completely stops working. I didn’t purchase the insurance and I should have :(

It just keep on disconnecting and when I tried to return it , I was informed that the serial number on the charging case does not match the one on their system.

I wanted to live these so much but they just hurt my ears! Very very very uncomfortable! The loudness could also have been a little better not much bass.

Surprisingly they have to be returned they do not charge 100% I kept them charging all night by the morning these were dead again. Returning and getting another pair.

Horrible product. Try again Apple. Bluetooth connectivity is garbage. Somehow Apple managed to mess up technology invented in 1999. Crazy!

Sound quality is decent but it can't seem to hold a charge, and the ability to pair is difficult if you have a android ( or any non-apple product).

Bought like a bunch of them then realized they just easily slip out of the ear. Not worth it. And the worst Part is even your neighbor can hear through it.

The Apple AirPod Pro earbuds continually fall out of your ears. You must buy ear hangers that attach to them so the don’t accidentally slip out.

The AirPod case stopped charging within 3 weeks. Looks like this was a defective product. Bestbuy said return period got over 2 days ago and they can’t do anything

My 1st set wad defective i purchased thur online and to pick up. They cut off 1 1/2 hour of use i return for this on i didn't get informed of the 15 day return,

Waste of money. They crackle constantly, don’t connect half the time, and I can’t walk 1 ft. Away from my phone. I do not recommend! Stick to the regular AirPods!
