I returned this item they kept falling out of my ears. Being a smaller person they just don’t fit right. Not to mention the noise cancellation didn’t work so great.

Not satisfied at all. It falls out all the time. I tried the smaller one, also doesn’t stay on Place at all. It’s like I threw away $200. So disappointed.

One of the airpods stopped charging after only a couple months of very minimal use (Used for phone calls, and listening to music while I clean house)

Do not like these. Too hard for husband to use and too small for him to put into his ears. A short time in use before they need charging.

Air pods fell apart from minimal use within 2 months. Barely used and kept in shaded cool place indoors. Went to use one day met with fizzle and pop.

Weak connection could never have my phone in my pocket always disconnected. Anything getting between headphones and device would result in disconnection.

Haven’t had my AirPods for a year and the rubber piece is falling off and geek squad said the protection plan doesn’t cover that

So disappointed. Worked out and they fell out of my ears every two seconds. I would return in a heart beat but with the holiday it was past the 15 days.

Falls out of ear constantly. Only the right one though. Even with memory foam tips still falls out. Many friends have this problem

They defective!!! I have to bring them back!!! I buy second generation thos was defective too!!!

It donot stay in my ear it drop out and sometimes people cant hear me when I connected to the Airpods Pro. I am thinking about returned them.

Didn’t care for these. Earpieces were uncomfortable which made sound quality not as effective. 2nd gen much better

I bought these for my son in Texas but Best Buy never emailed me the Apple free trials for Apple Music & Apple News. Best Buy sucks

My daughter paid for them after hers died after owning them for a little over a year. I think they are junk I wouldn’t buy them.

They fall out of my ears all the time. Don’t like them. I like the cheaper $139 pair better. They never fell out of my ears.

It’s not you it’s Apple not that good of quality. Disconnects for no reason

They sick. Couldn’t get a good fit. Had trouble getting both to connect. Phone calls sucked as did voice messages. Returned them.

I just can't stop these from falling out with any tip. I have gone back to my old Airpod 2's.

I bought one at best buy new , i opened and was used i can see marks like was open with small screwdriver … refurbished! Beware
