Air pods not suited, give a lot of noise disturbance, when compared other anc headsets/devies.

Don’t buy from Best Buy try to out source your product. There lots of better options.

Don’t try to eat with them on or go to the bathroom they fall out nothing but problems..

when receiving a call sometime I can't hear like there is no service on my phone

People can hear me well after 2 month they tell me its like i am in a vacuum

I enjoy my AirPods. I have zero complaints. The MagSafe charge is great.

They’re defective, they do not pair with my Iphone most of the time.

So easy to loose, better to use wired headphones so you don’t loose them like I did.

I have been using my corded earpods (lightning connector via USB-C adapter) that I've had for years, and finally decided to go with Airpods Pro. Cannot say how disappointed I was after testing it on my phone, on my personal MBP, followed by Dell laptop for work. Maybe the next gen AirPods Pro 2 will be better? Sure hope so... because this Apple fan is NOT a fan of this overpriced and overhyped accessory. PRO: Connectivity works really well with Apple products Connectively with a Dell laptop is better than expected, but still not as good as Apple products Fit was surprisingly good with the multiple ear adapters Music sounded great Noise reduction was really good, even for sudden sounds like dogs barking in the background Controls on the devices were very easy to understand/master quickly CON: *To others when speaking*, my voice is terribly muffled with some random artifacts in the background, even when silent in the area I was testing. This happened on Teams calls, Zoom calls, and when verifying what others were hearing by recording myself on apps on both Apple and Microsoft OS's, including the voice recorded on the iPhone itself. For someone with a voice that cannot be heard in loud bars - as my tone is very low - this was a complete deal-breaker for me. Not for a $200-250 device. Meh - I would have lost one or both - so likely for the best...

My charging case stopped working so I say no this is not worth it

The case stopped charging a little under a month after I got them

Had to replace them couldn't hear out of one of them. But the new ones worked fine

Hate them, the noise cancellation is just a joke. Trying to return
