They fall out of my ear. I prefer the older model.

This is the first AirPods I've owned. My wife has the 2nd gen and she loves them. I absolutely love the fit of the Pros. I haven't worn them for an extended period of time yet, but in the time I have they fit comfortably and sound amazing. I also like being able to charge them along with two other iPhones on a triple charger I have. I go between my iPad pro and phone a lot and these make that seamless. Very happy with this purchase. Since my wife loved the 2nd gen so much she got the Pros as well. The best part was ordering online and picking up in store on Black Friday. In and out of the store in about 10 minutes. Great customer service!

Airpod pros are a great value for the money and offer high quality sound and impressive noise-cancelling. These earpods connect effortlessly to apple products and other bluetooth capable devices with the push of a button. They allow the user to change noise-cancelling functions between full noise-cancelling, no active cancelling, and 'transparency' mode which takes advantage of the microphone to allow for better spacial-awareness. The battery life is impressive, and the charging case allows the earpods to recharge very quickly when out and about. I highly recommend Airpod Pros.

Easy to lose but best headphones I’ve tried so far

sound quality is good...but after exactly 1 year the left earpiece rubber got broken...i understand if its just the rubber...but the mouth dust was also ripped off...which is supposed to be hard to take off even if you forcefully take it off...now i cant find a store to buy a mouth dust earpiece...

These are awesome!! Quality of sound is perfect, noise cancelling is great, durable, fit snugly and very comfortably in my ears. Great purchase!

PROs: + Very good audio with Apple products + Strong connectivity with Apple products + Noise cancellation is stellar + Magsafe case is sleek and extends battery life + Microphone and call quality is top-notch, especially compared to other bluetooth earbuds CONs: - Lackluster battery life (only about 4-5 hours with noise cancellation on) - Music audio is much weaker than other earbuds (even at lower price points) - Poor fit, constantly falling out of my ears and wouldn't trust these at the gym - Connection is spotty with Android or other devices - Pods are surprisingly tricky to get out of the case These earbuds are primarily geared for other Apple products, and if you are heavily invested in the Apple line, these will likely fit the bill. For the rest of us, these are just average bluetooth earbuds, albeit with excellent phone call quality, something that other earbuds have a very hard time with. If you use these for phone calls, you will not be disappointed. Audio is typically strong and conversation is easy for both parties. For music, these leave a lot to be desired. While the noise cancelling feature is nice, the audio quality itself playing music is only middling at best. The design of these make it difficult to obtain a good seal (maybe better ear tips would help), so a lot of bass is lost. I'm not sure if I just have a different ear from others, but I have a VERY hard time keeping these from falling out of my ears. Even just talking will cause them to slowly loosen and fall from their precarious perch. Hopefully you aren't near a toilet when this happens. Even Google's Pixel Buds are much more solid with their design, utilizing a wedge-type pattern that locks it into the ear. I imagine a lot of people end up losing one or both of these earbuds. Battery life is just okay, which likely is a result of the heavy lifting performed by the tech to achieve good call audio and noise cancellation. Toss them into the Magsafe case to recharge them, and you are good to go. Not stellar--they won't make it through a full day at the office--but not awful. Android devices won't be receiving all the features these have, which is standard for Apple products. Fairly disappointing business practice by Apple, especially considering other earbud manufacturers (including Google) offer stronger compatibility for multiple devices. Overall, these do remain in my pocket for making calls on my devices, but if I want to listen to music, I would have a harder time recommending these. The ease at which these fall out of my ear make them harder to recommend, but I may be in the minority on that. So while I do enjoy them, I am not blown away by them either.

Great AirPods. The noice canceling is solid. The only thing that is bad is the battery life.
