Ordered the Apple Air Pods on line and did the store pick up. Was a very efficient ordering process and pick up went smoothly. High marks on the pods too!

Product is overall great and does its job. Had to return this product after 1.8 years in use due to not charging. Come to find out from the Apple Store, it was a defective batch and was replaced right away. Glad I purchased Apple care.

Everyone's ear canals are different and so I am grateful that the AirPods come with different sized ear pieces. It takes practice and patience in utilizing the controls on the AirPods. I recommend doing this prior to fully using them.

So far I’m liking these a lot. Only problem is no mattter what ear tip I try they don’t stay in ear very well.

They are great the only thing is that they fall out your ears very easy but overall I give them a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Like most all Apple products, these are superb, but just NOT for small ears. Clip on loop stabilizers are needed for small ears

I got these for my son as a Christmas gift. He LOVES them. I like that I can locate them from my phone when he misplaces them.
