They work okay but don't fit my ear as well a sI would like

Great sound…when they stay in. They fall out all the time. I wish I tried cheaper ones before spending the money on these…especially since they don’t stay in if you’re moving around. They’re great sitting still.

They Slip out my ear hole. I’ve tried the different size cushions you can change to better fit the ear but that didn’t work. I regret this purchase. Best Buy gets 5 stars for their quick service, but the AirPods is what got the 3 stars.

Kinda hard to keep them from falling out even after changing out the tips. The quality is decent but I would say only get these if you’re just really dying too.

I have all mac products. i was hesitant about spending this much on something i thought i might lose. I had apple warranty and lost one after about 3 months. The replacement is 98.00. i threw the one i had away along with the charger. I didn't want to be bothered with the dumb purchase i made. The sound was no better than the cheap jbl wireless ear pods i bought. my next will be over the ear, bose or sony. These air pods pro are junk for the price.

Not good after a few days a week or so left side stopped charging passed the 14 days to return so they wouldn’t exchange them I had to go through Apple after

They were great headphones at first but after about 4-5 months they started to not connect to my phone as seemlessly as they used to. I already updated the firmware and still did the same thing. I tried it with another iphone and it did the same thing which narrowed it down to the headphones themselves. Ill likely never buy these again unless Apple ends up releasing newer ones that have significantly better connectivity. Until then ill stick with my Jabra 75t’s.

They were good until the tips broke off and the sharp speaker cut me and gave me tetanus in my ear.

They don’t fit as good as the older version and the sound is terrible… I hear everything around me… I miss the older generationzzz

The battery life on this wireless airpod pros are trash they need a better battery life on this like seriously

The right one works perfect all the time but the left one cuts in and out on the regular.

You'd figure if every product you have is apple, the connection process across the board would be seamless. Not the case here, spent the past 3 hours trying to connect my BRAND new $250 AirPods, to my MacBook Air. needless to say this pair of AirPods went right back to the store. I really like apple and everything I have is apple but this is complete stupidity.

Compared to my Momentum 2s these have weak sound. Gave then to my 12 year old instead.

Ok so I have owned the original AirPods for about 2 years, and LOVED them. But I always heard these were better and my friend wanted a pair, so I "upgraded" to the pros and let my friend have my old ones. Bad decision!!! These darn things just can't/won't stay in and constantly fall out. I've tried all the different tips it comes with and none of them do the trick. Extremely annoying. ALSO, the sound on "noise cancelling" & "transparent" mode are a cool feature, but when you have the volume up it sounds like you're listening to a busted speaker/A LOT of static. SO just buy the normal ones and not the pros.

I really enjoyed the product until the right earbud stopped working, I owned the products for 18 days and Best Buy refused to do an exchange in store and told me to go to Apple to resolve the issue.

They’re fine, but they don’t last more than 2-1/2 years. The worst case scenario the warranty expired by the time they stop working. It starts with one AirPod pro not charging properly, then it ends up not connecting to your phone at all. Only one works. This issue is the same thing with the predecessor regular airpods which I upgraded to this model. Now with the new airpods pro 2 on the market, Shtty apple is forcing us to upgrade to the new version of Airpods pro 2. Thinking to buy Bose. I dont use them very often.
