they kept on falling of my ears but they are good in connection with iPhone and apple tv. Audio quality and noise cancellation for a $270 headset is not meeting the $ expectations

Absolute nightmare. Ordered products for work, double charged and each item came as an individual charge, which meant I had to code each one separately, taking 4 times as long. No explanation and inability to get a single receipt. May go to Walmart or anywhere before I use Worst Buy again. You really made this tough and I had to explain why I purchased 4 TV’s instead of the 2 that were authorized.l I work for a bank so it was a real awkward experience.

While I loved these earbuds I am not happy with happy with Apples recent move to kill older Airpods with the most recent Iphone software update. Immediately after updating my phone my Airpods started getting injecting static. When I called Apple support they said I could send then in for maintenance for a cost of $246. Many customers are experiencing this same issue. Very unethical behavior by Apple.

I bought it with apple care+ around July and on August 18th the transparency on the left airpod stopped working, then I had battery issues. I brought them to apple and they replaced my AirPods under my warranty and this upcoming week I'm going to the apple store to replace the battery, would not recommend buying AirPods at bestbuy.

I used gen 2 regual airpods for years and one day i lost them. I figured since i like them so much i will try the more expensive version “pro”. I coulnt be more wrong. Airpods pro keep falling out of ear every 2 mins. Tried everything… also sound not much different! complete waste of money go with the regular ones!

Outer package was open and did not look like it had been sealed. No packing material in the box.

I would give them 5 stars until someone stole my AirPods from my magnetic charge case, I called the customer service, they told that the track for the case only, anyone can recharge them using any other magnetic charger, if I would like to have another one I have to pay $180 for the AirPods only. So frustrating, I don't advice anyone to buy them.

These repeatedly say they are connected to phone but cannot hear or speak through them.

My last Airpod Pros only lasted 16 months. 4 months out of warranty.

I couldn’t get them to position correctly in my ears, I tried all the rubber deals, different ways of putting them in, etc. worked at it for days. My ears were slightly injured. Either they didn’t fit or they aren’t capable of the level of volume/bass I was expecting. I got the Sony ones instead.

I purchased the airpod pro earbuds on 7-26-22,and one stopped working within a few weeks. It has been exactly one month today, and it is too late to return these to Best Buy, so I will need to contact Apple to try to see if they will repair or replace them.

Stopped working after a few days won’t stay connected to phone

Price is to high especially in the Economy of how things are today and retailers need to realize that some people cannot afford these high expensive items the price should be lower than what they are

Failed shortly after 2 months and apple required me to come in so they could have them to be shipped out; no advanced replacement, lots of time consumed, all for mediocre quality audio

It took more than a month to deliver it!!! And my delivery address was only a mile and a half away from your place!! I am extremely disappointed. Never again! O/G.

I got fake AirPods Pro. The pods and the case don't have the same serial number. I tried to send them back but they don't want to

Not my favorite purchase. They fall out very easily. This have hit the ground more in two weeks than my others have in 2 years.

I would never buy again as they keep falling out and I can only wear setting still. I've tried all three size ear cups.

Not impressed with these earbuds. Pick up all kinds of interference in one ear. Have to get a replacement.

They fall out your ear, uncomfortable. Could have an important phonecall and it doesn't cut out the noise
