I got this for my wife. She is super happy with it. Not giving it 5 because I think the -rice is too high

Replaced a pair of Gen 1 Air Pods. The sound is great but I preferred the double tap controls to the click and hold.

Love the noise cancellation, the sound , the bass, but I changed all the ear pieces and none of them stay in my ear

I was disappointed that the charge doesn’t last longer, and that when they dye, there is an off tone. I tried using while traveling, to sleep without hearing someone else in the room. They work fine for all other situations. Playing games, videos or watching a program. I play bridge online with friends and these are a lot less bulky than my headset. I think they are overpriced,

I like the sound, but I wish there where more options for the earbuds they were a little too big for my ears.

Not a whole lot to say other than they sound very good and does a fantastic job of reducing background noise.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! Wow!! I'm an old-timer and not very good with technology but these were SOOOO easy to set up with my I-phone. Using Siri, I can use verbalize my commands to increase/decrease volume, skip ahead music...etc. LOVE IT!! Well worth the purchase!!

Great airpods. Excellent sound and ease of use however they don’t stay in my ear very well.

I wasn’t sure I would like AirPods at first but these things are great. And, true to Apple form, they interface perfectly with your Apple devices. You can even watch on your Apple TV and not disturb others in your house that might be working or studying.

I did get the quality I paid for. I’ve always used AirPods and this one is an awesome upgrade.

Great sound. Charge doesnt last very long though. About 4 hours. Expensive, but all apple products are.

I love my AirPods so much. I do recommend buying a case for the case they come with in case you ever drop it l, just to maintain the integrity of the device but other than that they are so convenient for me, especially when I’m driving and want to make calls or sends texts handsfree.

Recently purchased our TV and AirPods at a location near us. The gentleman helping us with very efficient and knowledgeable on our products. He was patient and very friendly. The quality of our products have been amazing and we definitely will return to Best Buy for future purchases.

Christmas gift for my daughter. She loves these earphones. I’d love them too but for the price Apple puts in these

Great to use one at a time in a work environment, so I can still hear what’s going on around me. Pricey though.

Better than the original but was expecting a tighter seal in my ears. It’s still very premium. I love it :)
