They are great. The only problem was the first pair we bought didn’t fit properly into the so they wouldn’t charge correctly. We returned them and they were not in stock, so Best Buy shipped a new pair in a few days.

Great sound! Don’t feel to secure in the ear I wouldn’t recommend working out with them!!

Fits snug seem like the volume is hit or miss but they dont fall out.

I love these. They make it so easy for me to listen to music and also take work phone calls at home. The ear bud covers are so nice. I used to use the wired buds that came with my Apple iphone, but they made my ears sore. These are great.

It works wonderfully. I am very much happier than my previous AirPod.

I bought this for my niece - her birthday present. She really loves it. She was waiting for the 3rd generation but it won’t come out for some time so she decided to go with it. Definitely improvement from 1st generation. Recommend it.

Love these Apple AirPods! Not only did I purchase them for myself but gave them to my husband and 3 children as a Christmas gift. They all love them. Not only wonderful for listening to music but also hands free talking from wireless phone!

The Apple AirPods Pro is significantly better than the previous AirPods.

Nice audio quality however, it hurts to wear if you wear them for longer period of time.

Kids love them because they are Apple and everybody has them. Personally, I have the Beats fit pro (also an Apple product) any they are far superior in quality and sound. If you want to “fit in” and look cool like everyone else just buy these and be happy. If you want better features and better sound buy another Apple product, the Beats fit pro and be happier!

Besides them falling out the sound is good! They block out noise in the background

I'm Loving them so far. They stay in my ears and have a surprisingly good sound.

Sounds great once you find right size ear bud. Connection to apple products are easy.phone calls are clear and easy to hear. Only negative is that they can fall out and you could lose them if not careful. But that goes for all wireless earbuds.

Finally broke down and got these after my cheapos kept having connection issue. These are great. Work flawlessly. Not sure about all the features. Just wanted a pair of headphones that would non stop disconnect.

Love these little headphones. Although I do think they are overpriced. It Comes with different size ear plugs from small to large. They connect to your phones tracking devices. Great headphones just expensive.

I use these infrequently since I have other types of headphones for different purposes. I heard some crackling but honestly thought it was the music I was listening to that particular time didn't hear it again for a bit, and put them on last week and it sounds all out busted. It happens to just be outside of my AppleCare and the recall window (that I was never notified about). This is clearly a manufacturing defect and should be replaced with at least the same old 1st Gen model.
