Sound is amazing, rich depth similarly to my Sony.

As a person who uses headphones all the time, this purchase was amazing. I only wish the battery would last longer (it already lasts 4.5 hours but I just can’t get enough!)

These new AirPod Pros have a great noise reduction feature. Additionally, the price at Best Buy was the lowest out of any retailer for a NEW, not refurbished, pair of Air Pods.

Best Buy has the best prices all the time and I would definitely recommend buying from here rather than wasting money on others. Delivery is the quickest too.

Not what I expected. Need to use phone for volume control and it gets dirty quickly, specially if you work around metal. Will recommend for office people. Noise canceling is good. Left ear wasn’t sure if it was normal straight out the box. Had a crackling.

I wanted to love them!!!!! They would not stay in my ears. I tried all the different sizes & still no luck. I returned them for the regular ones. The sound cancellation was amazing! The sound when they stayed in was PERFECTION! So it may just be my ears.

Needed another pair! Always traveling to different cities or on airplanes! Noise Canceling is great for that. Wish they would work on the microphone for calls!!
