I got these as a gift and all I could say is that this product is really good. The transparency mode works well and the ANC (active noise cancellation) is surprisingly very good on such small ear buds. The battery life is good but it could be better but at the same time the case charges them fast. Overall the AirPod pros are worth the money

The product is fine, I have another AirPod Pro that I bought a week before and gave to my wife. That one I bought on a store in NYC. This one o bought online and the register the AppleCare with a wrong serial number. I contacted Apple and they said Best Buy must fixed their mistake. They cannot help me. I hope someone from Best Buy check this review and contact me since I don’t live in US and cannot go to an store to fix this mistake. The product works fine as all Apple products. I just want my AppleCare. Please fix this mistake BestBuy.

Bottom Line: Unbelievably, these earbuds live up to their [rather hefty] price tag! Full Review: Let me start by saying I was VERY skeptical of theses earbuds when I first purchased them but after using them for over a year they continue to pleasantly surprise me every time I use them. Comfort: I’m someone who HATED the original earbuds (the wired ones Apple “gave away” with their iPhones/iPods years ago) as they absolutely KILLED my ears — after wearing them for only 5 minutes I would have to take them out due to the discomfort they caused. The first gen AirPods were a HUGE upgrade from the wired earbuds, which was surprising, given they looked very similar in shape/size; however, after using those AirPods for over a year, I was very pleased with how comfortable they were compared to their predecessors. Well, the same is true for the AirPods Pro. When it comes to comfort I find I can wear these earbuds continuously for several hours — there’s been more than one occasion when I’ve awoken to find them still in place (which I do NOT recommend due to the risk of serious injury if too much external pressure/weight is applied to the earbud and thus, the structures of the inner ear). - The interchangeable buds of different sizes make it easy for just about everyone to get a great fit/seal Sound: I’ve always been an “over the ear headphones” kinda girl and was hard pressed to find earbuds that could match that kind of sound quality, but I was happy to be wrong! The sound quality is truly amazing. I don’t know how they did it, but Apple blows the competition out of the water — I’ve spent years trying to find a pair of earbuds with decent sound and the AirPods Pro are the winner, by far. From bass to treble, from audiobooks to full-blast metal — they give you an immersive experience regardless of the media being played. Noise Cancellation I have noise-cancelling headphones (again, over the ear) I’ve used for years and again, didn’t think little earbuds would ever come close to replacing them. And again, I was shocked after using these AirPods. Granted, you have to have a good seal/fit with the buds, but I haven’t heard of anyone having a problem achieving this. It’s hard to describe how well this feature works — let’s just say I haven’t used (or missed) my old headphones since purchasing these… - The other sound “mode” these AirPods offer is pretty cool - it plays media while also using a microphone to project environmental sound into the AirPod, thus allowing you to enjoy your media while also hearing the sounds around you. Again, I’m impressed by the sound quality, not to mention how the outside microphone manages to pickup sounds you would WANT to hear (voices, electronic sounds such as notifications, a door opening, etc.) while still blocking out unwanted sounds (birds chirping, clacking of a keyboard, mouse clicks, etc.). Battery: I’m not sure what Apple advertises as the battery life for these puppies, but I get a solid 4-6hours of continuous use out of them, per charge. I do find the right earbud loses its charge faster than the left (although they’re used together for the same amount of time?), but they both charge surprisingly quickly, even when charging from their case alone (e.g., not plugged into a power source). They’re almost fully charged after only 30min to an hour (depending on how drained they were) and I’ve probably had them completely die on me twice in over a year’s worth of use. The Cons: - The only issue I’ve run into is the AirPods staying in place — if you’re an active person (running/jogging/etc.) you may want to really test these out before committing.

It’s good, its very comfy, long battery life and the sound quality is amazing, the MagSafe charger helps but I had the original 1st generation airpod pros, but exchanged these on sale. It’s a tad heavier, and all cases fit. Same size. It has a MagSafe case so it can magnetically charge. BUT ITS NOT AS STRONG. If you have a vertical MagSafe charger IT WILL FALL. But it can make sure your AirPods sit in the right place while wireless charging any time. And as well it has a U1 AirTag chip. So you can locate it as an AirTag. Wicked!

These are fantastic. I'm extremely tech oriented, and as an engineer spend all day around the latest gadgets and hardware. I'm rarely impressed. And often - I think Apple is overpriced. These however are shockingly good! They blew me away here with these. They are exceptional! The sound quality is like nothing I have ever heard before. Finally they made airpods with silicone earbud tips - and it makes a MASSIVE difference for fit, comfort, and audio quality. The ANC, and the Transparency mode, are both really good. Like scary good. I use transparency mode all day long while working - I keep one earbud in and take calls and do meetings. Then later when watching a movie or listening to music while working out - I switch to ANC with both buds in. Both are flat out exceptional. These are truly in at least one ear, 70% of my waking hours!!! They're that useful, and that comfortable. Better than a plantronics set for single ear business use, and better than a Bose for dual ear media. Just crazy. The transparency mode is honestly the biggest standout. It's essentially a hearing aid - using an external mic to hear and then amplify those sounds into your hear. Like if the airpod was a window, and someone suddenly opened it. Really cool, and really functional. My favorite feature. It allows me to keep them in all day long. Battery life is short, but because the case charges them rapidly, and you can use one at a time, it's a non issue. The silicone earbugs MAKE this product for me. I never liked the usual "naked" airpods because the sound quality was poor and needed cranked up due to poor noise cancellation - so they're bad for your hearing long term. These however have exceptional ANC - so you listen to your music much lower yet it sounds better. I hope Apple always keeps an item with the silicone buds in their lineup. The "sorround sound" (what Apple calls Spatial Audio) is hit or miss. Sometimes, like while watching a movie like The Witcher or Polar Experience - it's amazing. Other times, like music or podcasts, it's crap. I generally keep it off unless I'm watching a movie. It DOES however have a ton of potential. It could get better as apple refines the algorithims - so it's a good feature overall. I would buy it alone just for the movies. My only knock is the Bluetooth pairing. You can only pair to a new device using a hardware button on the case. That's fine, unless your case has another case on it! Pretty much all cases/shells that you put over the charging case obscure this button. So pairing to a new device is often tedious, and for cases that tend to be hard to come off - it's a damage risk. Apple needs to come to their senses and put a "pairing mode" button in the airpod settings menu. It's baffling they haven't already - must be some product design decision. Too obvious to have been left out accidentally. All in all - these are pretty amazing. I have so much tech, and honestly these are probably the most impressive and useful technology item I have ever purchased, behind only my first iPhone. I recommend these without reserve. Get them for one ear business use, or dual ear media (while working out or stationary). Just awesome. Bravo Apple!!!

After using the AirPods Pro, I can say that they are impressive in terms of audio quality and comfort. Active noise cancellation really makes a difference, allowing me to fully immerse myself in my music or podcasts. In addition, the personalized fit with the silicone tips ensures that they stay in place comfortably, even during exercise. The battery life is solid and the connectivity with Apple devices is perfect. In short, the AirPods Pro offer a high-end listening experience and are ideal for lovers of music and comfort.

Excellent sound. They stay in my ears while running and are quite comfortable. Charges quickly. I use them about 2 hours per day and charge them twice a week. Well worth the money.

I bought them as a gift for someone and they let me use them a couple times, the different modes for noise cancellation and transparency are pretty cool. The connectivity is fast and easy Jaír like all AirPods far as I know. Battery life is excellent and they charge super fast.One thing I didn’t like is when misplaced once I couldn’t get them to beep to locate, apparently they only do that if they’re outside of case which they’d be in my ear if they were.., when we were able to find them we just turned on the “find my” on iPhone and added the AirPods to devices , should make it easy to find if ever lost again.

I’ve been using the first-generation AirPods Pro with the MagSafe Charging Case for a while now, and I’ve really enjoyed them! The sound quality is fantastic, especially for such a small pair of earbuds. The noise cancellation is solid, and I could easily wear them for hours without discomfort, which is a huge plus for me. I also loved the convenience of the MagSafe charging case—it made charging a breeze. That said, I decided to upgrade to the second generation to get the upgraded sound and features like improved noise cancellation and the extra durability. But overall, the first-gen AirPods Pro were amazing, and I’d still recommend them for anyone who doesn’t need the latest features. They definitely got the job done for me!

I was a true skeptic. My younger family members raved about their AirPod Pros ("APPs") but I was not convinced. I had worn earbuds before and they were always uncomfortable and poor sounding. I have always used "real" headphones" for private listening. I prefer deeper bass and earbuds, even the Bose, simply did not make the cut. But I finally gave in and got these. The fit was unexpectedly comfortable. They come with additional sized pads for a better fit if needed. I first paired them with my computer's bluetooth and watched some TV. Not bad! I then paired them with my iPhone 13 Pro and there is where I was really shocked. Good bass response and the clarity of the upper end was remarkable. Voices sounded clear and crisp and were not muted or harsh in the least. Increased the bass in the EQ and I am completely hooked. Also, the charging case works perfectly and the charge for both the case and the buds clearly are displayed in the battery life widget. Can't comment on battery life yet but I am not one to use these things for more than 4 hours straight. Besides, the case is a portable charger and these things do charge very quickly. Have not used the control features much (skip forward, backwards, etc.) but my kids tell me they are intuitive and easy to use. So, overall, color me converted. Highly recommend to anyone looking for outstanding sound from a set of lightweight earbuds.

I really like the AirPod pros. With the adjustable ear pads these fit like a glove and I’ve never had an issue with them even coming loose. I’ve even used them riding a tractor on my farm with no problem. The noise reduction is also a nice addition and really blocks out a lot of background noise. The battery life is good. Mine will run anywhere between 3-5 hours depending on how I use them. Sound quality is really good. I am very satisfied with the product.

Right ear never worked or charged correctly. Not really sound proof but the one that works does block sounds for you. Unhappy overall because of the price and issues.

Apple AirPods Pro: They are the best thing I could have bought, they are super comfortable, and also you can Active noise cancellation for immersive sound. Transparency and Mode for hearing and connecting with the world around you.

These are by far the best wireless earbuds I have ever owned!! I have had these for a few weeks now and tested them during my regular running routine and they have been amazing. First off, setup is very easy right out of the box. Recommend charging them to full capacity before first use to get the most out of your battery. Secondly, battery life is really good and I can get hours out of them on a single charge. The connectivity is spot on and it never fades in and out like some earbuds that I have owned. They are extremely comfortable and don’t hurt my ears like most earbuds especially after wearing them for long periods of time. The best part about these earbuds are the noise cancelling aspect. As soon as you put them on all ambient background noise disappears which is amazing. Sometimes I use them just for some peace and quiet. Overall, great earbuds for everyday use.

Never been a big ear bud user since I left high school, but these changed my mind. They deliver bass and sound quality like no other earbuds I've used before. A little pricey, yes, but good battery life, and great sound quality. Just don't lose em! Or sweat too hard, one time I wore them while running 3 miles and the sound got a little fuzzy from sweat getting in them, but it fixed itself after I cleaned and dried them.

These helped pass many boring hours of working in the office. A little bit of music goes a long way and the noise cancelling is quite amazing on these allowing you to focus on your work. I've also taken these on trips and when in a subway with noise cancelling on, I can barely hear it. For the price, the noise cancelling is amazing. The noise passthrough mode also passes through ~80-90% of noise should you turn on that mode, which is quite useful when walking around a city while still wanting to converse with people. Battery life is impressive given the size of these, but with my listening habits including stuff like Disturbed, and other heavy rock bands, the battery lasts about 3.5 hours at half volume. Turning the volume down slightly and/or listening to calmer music or podcasts will likely bump this closer to 5 hours. 9/10.

Love this item, noise cancelling feature works amazingly. I use on while using heavy machinery and it protects my ears while playing music. Battery lasts and doesn’t bother my ears.

I loveeeee my AirPods and best believe I am never without them. The battery life is absolutely amazing, like I can go up to two days without having to recharge the case depending on my usage. And the noise cancellation is otherworldly. They work seamlessly with my iPhone 13 Pro Max and I wouldn’t trade them for anything. It also has a feature where it notifies my when I’ve left the case or one of my pods behind and makes a beeping sound when Ive misplaced a pod. The beeping sound is only truly effective in a quiet area but it’s still good to have. I even bought a cute duckie case to keep it from getting scratched but the app isn’t letting me add any pictures to my post.
